it depends, i would say most people starts gamble because of fun or excited. You cannot earn big money with gambling since most people loss all the winning by the end. But if you open up a casino. You are 90% profitable.

I also don't see gambling as a source of income, it is just for fun and excitement, but if you are lucky enough to make more profit from gambling there is nothing wrong with that. Since I was in football, hapkido, boxing, what has kept me in those sports the most has been discipline.
