Friend of mine is planning to sell his house and invest half in bitcoin and the other half in altcoins. Do you think it is a good idea?

The question is, is that his really very own house? Or its just his one of their many properties? If he’s planning to sell his only very own house, i think he’s out of his mind. I think he just kidding you bro. But if he’s selling one of their properties, well nowadays is a good idea. Its an opportunity to invest bitcoin nowadays. Bitcoin reaches its deepest price.

i think thats a good idea if you have many houses. You can sell it for less maintenance. But if just have one house and you sell it for bitcoin investment, i think thats not good idea. However investing in bitcoin is a good idea but you cant sell your things that really affect your life or maybe loose your home.

Selling house for bitcoin is not a good plan instead adding more house to have a good investments .
Selling of anything such as properties of hardworking is not advisable .

I don't think its a good idea, but I don't mind this if its what he wants to do.. it makes alot more sense at 6k than it does at 19k and it could be a risk reward gamble of a lifetime..  I wouldn't do it but he may end up renting a house vs retiring almost for life... seems in some ways to make a lot of sense if you were a heavily gambling man.. as long as he can survive without the house.. if you aren't trolling keep us updated on how it turns out.-

Selling a house for crypto investment is not a good idea.  Most of us here are trying to earn to build our own house because it is one of the major needs of our family.  So it is not practical to that.  Your friend may have set a aside an extra money for crypto investment instead of selling his house.

I admire how strong your friend believes on this bitcoin technology as if he will take all the risk to sell his house and invest in crypto. Although he may right in his decision as we all know that the price could bounce back and he will have the best laugh if that happen but theirs still a probability that he may end up broke. I hope he had decided the best for him.

I think it should not be done for there are instances that bitcoin move to decline in just a second. Very risky plan. I think he should think again and again before doing so. Regrets are not accomplishments.

Invest in altcoin or BTC is very risk, if price going down like this you just can hold your coin. But if price going up you get big profit. Look the market every time

For me its is not advisable because we all knows that Bitcoin investments is very risky because the price is really unpredictable in which if you lose your investments then your house and assets will going to lose too. Better to just borrow money to your friends and relatives or apply for a simple loan if you really need it and pay them right away if you start earning.

Maybe he own more than one house, if yes, its a good investment, atlest you can reduce your yearly expanse to buy house tax and etc

No problem as long as your friend owns more than one house but if it just one, I really disagree to his decision. Don't count the chicken while it still eggs.
