The notable impact of cryptocurrencies at the current Beijing Winter Olympics shows that the role of cryptocurrencies in the financial sector is growing around the world. In addition, it must be recalled that this is in a country where the circulation of cryptocurrency is prohibited. But cryptocurrency is applied regardless of the desire of governments.
I was also interested in whether the Chinese digitized yuan, which was promised to be launched at the opening of the Olympic Games, was officially launched into circulation. It is not yet clear how the digitized yuan will correlate with cryptocurrency, if it does not even work on blockchain technology.

Good thing that Nancy Pelosi never ask anyone from the USA side not to talk anything about Bitcoin, NFT and cryptocurrency in general as more and more politicians are showing their hidden fear on China. What is so clear is that no government even if it can be the most powerful on Earth can eventually stop the rise of cryptocurrency. Right now in Canada, the government of Trudeau is planning to do something with people who are using Bitcoin to support the truckers protesting the mandates. As many politicians in power are toying the idea of dictatorial power and tyranny, the more we should be holding on to cryptocurrency as our fundamental right.
