Many bounty hunters are panic to sell away the tokens got from the bounty reward immediately after distribution. Moreover, they sell the token with very very low price under ICO price in not the official exchange. In this case, I think that they are too short thinking about to earn the money as soon as possible.

For me I would like to sell my coin at the beginning I don't want to take a risk to decrease the price until such time the coin is worthless. Today, as i observe the market after the token is listed on the exchange 1 jr after it decrease its value. If you are holding then its up to you but always make sure you end up with profit.

I prefer hold my tokens to follow roadmap and see the market. When the market is going up, I sell it.

No, I always hold my coin and learn the market. I follow the roadmap. When the market is green I will sell it and convert to ethereum.

I also have ever made that kind of mistakes. I made a bad sell after getting the tokens form the bounty exactly. At that time, I only think about getting the money as soon as possible after working for around 2 months. Then, the coin increased after two months later.

if you want to sell token wait is the price of ETH or BTC prices go up, because if we sell our tokens with cheap prices we will get very little profit.

Tough luck but making $250 is not that bad. You would not really know what will happen in the next 20 days. The value could have been back to $25.

Yes, most especially if the token is new and buy during ICOs because mostly the tokens today after it is listed in the market it will suddenly drops its market value due to a very weak market and this is common nowadays for investors to sell automatically just yo earn a good profit and to avoid losing if market price will drop.

If everyone is HODL for a few weeks, development at the ICO can start price increases in the market and will give everyone a better profit in the future.
