After ICO What do you do with your coin - HODL or Sell?

Bounty hunters usually dump coins immediately it hits the markets. What do you normally do after a coin you bought at ICO get to an exchange. You HODL or Sell it off?

Me as a bounty hunter i does not immediately dump the coins that i receive, i will only do it for a reason and not just dump and buy for no reasons.

I will hold a few weeks until I know the upper and lower limits (when going up and down). if the token / coin has a good project maybe I will hold even though the price has fallen and I also sometimes make quick transactions (50% of assets to cover losses)

So I don't want to miss the chance to sell the coin at the high price, and I don't sell all of my coins because I will wait for another day to see the price is in the top rate again. And after the price is down hard, I will make repurchase the coin so I can have another chance to make a profit.

Just recently the market price when listing in exchanges are not good. It drops hard and it goes to all newly token on the exchange. I have a few tokens in my wallet and its waiting the right time to sell all of them

For me it's better to sell it after ico cause the price of the coin goes up after ico but when you hold it suddenly the price of the coin goes down so it's better to sell it than to hold after ico.
