Facebook +5000 Friends and Followers

Facebook has a max limit of 5000 friends.  In order to exceed 5000, you have to turn your personal profile into a public page and convert/transfer all your friends into followers.  Once that happens, how do bounty managers count the friends and followers?  Add the friends from your personal profile page and the followers from your public page?  Bit confused since the followers from public page and friends from personal profile page overlaps each other.  Wouldn't it be double counting?

No, anyone can create a public page with their personal profile page.  Click the little down arrow top right corner and scroll down to "Create page".

The public and personal profile pages are linked together.  It's still considered 1 entry when you sign up for facebook bounties.  You just put your facebook profile in there like you normally do.  I would imagine if bounties has an upper tier for 5000+ friends/followers, managers will add the friends and followers together to get the total.  That's my assumption atleast but not sure if it's correct and need clarification.

You will be able to name the public page yourself as long as it's not taken.  www.facebook.com/yournamehere.
But it'll be linked to your personal page.  you can switch between the two with the arrow at the top right of page.

That's still unclear to me how the friends and followers are counted.  You can't enter 2 facebook address in google forms and since it's linked to your personal profile page, that address should be sufficient.  And i'm assuming that's how they will count your total, by going into both accounts and adding the two.  However, still unclear how those two are counted since when you create your public page, there's an option to transfer your friends in your personal page to followers in the public page.  The friends in your personal page doesn't disappear once you do that, so wouldn't it be double counting adding the friends and followers together?  Bounty manager? Anyone? Bueller?

I have also 5000+ friends and followers on facebook but  still  i do not have any facebook group or page personally. Because i don't have any experience how to run and how it works...
