洛杉矶一名比特币交易员因非法交易，可能面临30个月监禁

据 NBC 报道，2014 年-2017 年比特币交易员 Theresa Tetley 通过在 Localbitcoins.com 上交易比特币，每年至少赚 30 万美元。Tetley 已承认经营未注册的货币传输业务，这名前交易员现在可能面临 30 个月的联邦监禁。检察官办公室在法庭文件中说，她的行为「助长了一个蓄意存在于受监管的银行业之外的黑市金融系统」。去年美国其他地区也有比特币交易员吃了官司，一名底特律比特币交易员因经营无照货币服务业务被判入狱 366 天。
