The thread has been created 2 years ago, but I think that this question is still relevant knowing that we have just experienced a market correction a few weeks after the Bitcoin Halving event happened.

As for me, I'm optimistic with the market currently that's why what we saw a few days ago might really be the bottom of the market and after that, we might see the market goes up significantly. By the time I'm posting this, Bitcoin's price is already at $61,000. Just a few days ago, it's price was below $55,000 at one point. A huge increase in just a few days. Many took the opportunity that's for sure (including me).

Overall, the market is still bullish, and the sentiment for sure is bullish even though we've seen a market correction. What we saw a few days ago might be the bottom of the market. Of course, I might be wrong. Just be prepared for what can happen.

This topic was created in mid-2022, and we now know that the bottom of the crypto winter came in Q4 2022. However, I believe that DCA BTC from mid-2022 was also a wise decision and helped investors accumulate more BTC at the bottom. The time we spend in the market is more important than the time we enter the market.

It's impossible to see that level again every cycle the price has a new ATH every block halving so I don't think we will see the $15k again maybe around $25k as a dip price on this new cycle.

The recent bearish is just a correction and I think there are big whales on the dark pool who are selling at that time before it rises again today and Bitcoin is not the only one that kept declining last week almost all on the market are declining including gold and copper. So I think it's just a correction with the help of people with weak hands during that week that is why instead it would just drop a bit while correction it declines a lot because of panic selling.

CMIIW but are you saying we should maintain our optimism because now BTC can't go below $15.6k in this cycle and that's for 100% we should be optimistic about it and should accumulate as much as we can. No offense dear but don't you think such a guarantee is so obvious at the moment or I am being too optimistic that I don't think BTC could touch that point ever. I am saying "ever" you saying in this "cycle". Well, still we should look at the market from all angles as it's in the best interest for all of us.

Hmm, it's deep but in what sense, as IMO the time we enter in the market gives us a good hand here as if we entered market in bear run then we will have the advantage of accumulating BTC in cheaper rates, although time spent in the market is also good as more time spent means more availing of the opportunities when a dip will come.

Yeah, the volatility though, as we can after the halving the price seems to be stagnant as it goes on sideway pattern for weeks and there are a lot of investors who take advantage of that situation and accumulated. And then are beginner investors, who don't have the patience to stay in the market and we can hear them complain as they expect a magical rise after the halving.

Overall, the market is still bullish, and the sentiment for sure is bullish even though we've seen a market correction. What we saw a few days ago might be the bottom of the market. Of course, I might be wrong. Just be prepared for what can happen.

It's going to be bullish, it will take some time, currently we went as high as $71k, so that is a big surge already. But we should look at the bigger picture. Short term it might be good to wait at least at the end of this year and see where we at. I speculated that we could be around $80k-$90k by that time. But in 2025, the last leg of the bull run, and this is where it will become tricky, as everyone is hoping to see 6 digits or higher.

And what makes different, too, is how Bitcoin has reached its ATH on April, right before the halving. This means that the cycle is also very different. Now, crypto market is still struggling, and again, ots fluctuation will never stop. Even we may see its around $70k and then turning out to be around $68k only kn some hours later, the difference is quite high this time.

Well, aside from those, we are really grateful that at least, this year has some great news that.may make crypto trend rising up significantly. The approval of Bitcoin ETF, Ethereum ETF, Early halving schedule, and more positive news about crypto. Those may lead crypto market to reach better market again, tlespecially for Bitcoin, to reach and pass higher ATH again. hopefully will really pass $100k. can it happen really?

Inasmuch as past performances doesn't guarantee future results, but we could still boldly say that Bitcoin has truly shown some remarkable performances, considering from previous cycles and even till today, it has managed to maintain that performance.

The problem is that people do not really understand the concept of Bitcoin, many consider and draw judgements and make decisions due to short-term performances, without realizing that Bitcoin isn't like other altcoins and should be considered for its long-term potentials and only then would one reap the actual benefits of Bitcoin and avoid making hasty decisions.

The answer for this now is this is not the bottom we a leaving the bottom and going up up up and away. we should see a rise for the next 1 year to 20

months.

If it goes according to many people's expectations or your hopes too, being bullish after the halving, then now it is still lower than the next ATH.... but now it has reached $71k again so maybe we need a lot of courage to really... right in at this point. No one knows whether there will be another correction in the future or not, but what is certain is that when Bitcoin is in a bullish moment, prepare a sell target to take profits.

We will only know it is ATH if a bearish market starts to occur. And also we will only know it is the bottom when the bull market has occurred. Everything is based on history, so knowing whether it is currently the lowest or not, it is clear that the lowest answer must be in the past that has been overlooked.

Spot ETFs, halving and finally the lowering of interest rates in Canada and the EU as well as in Switzerland and Sweden are good signals that something big could happen. Of course, we are waiting for the interest rates to drop in the US as well, and it is a bit strange that the EU did it first, although the reason for this is probably the elections for the EU parliament, which will be held soon.

I believe the EU and Canada initially wanted to wait for the FED to cut interest rates before following suit, but the FED's delay, even with the legitimate reason of still-serious inflation in the US, has forced them to act first to protect their own economies from the risk of decession. I think this will give the FED more reason to cut interest rates quickly even if inflation cannot be reduced to 2%. The FED does not want a hard landing, they will need to do something to save the economy.

Lower interest rates will make it easier for money to flow into the economy, financial markets will develop strongly, including crypto. From the beginning of 2023, I was quite confident that the market had bottomed out. All we were waiting for was a bullrun thanks to interest rate cuts and Spot ETFs.

Absolutely. So I think it BTC found a weak support here and might go up futher if not broken. And if it goes up, the market will also follow.
