we spend most time, not only energy but everything but every other thing including our brain and mind to campaign for projects believing it will earn us something in return but. it  unfortunate that it never pays well. as we all expect.

Actually, we can call bounty as an investment. We invest our time and effort in conducting marketing tasks of a project however there are also risks attached to it like when team is not paying you, the project failed, the coin dumps before distribution of bounty and lastly a scam project.
