Dogecoin is the number one memecoin on the market as you mentioned and we all know that. However we have seen many memecoin coming on the market which  aren’t much potential like Doge. Another reason of the believe and pump are many post by Elon which changed the price rapidly and now it's are here. However you also mentioned that the price hasn’t much movement and recent days cause there are nothing new to show up. So that it is look like stuck now. However its true that most of the memecoin which are coming recent days are scam. So its better to avoid and depend on Dogecoin. Hope one day we can touch 1$ which will be the Dogeday.

The price of Doge Coin won't move upwards aggressively like it moved in last bull run but that happened due to Gamestop and Elon Musk, and if something similar doesn't happen then I don't think that Doge Coin will ever see similar level of upward intensity once again.

What the current popularity of Dogecoin? I think Dogecoin isn't trending meme coin now. But Dogecoin still become the best meme coin, they are in the highest position of meme coins in Coingecko or Coinmarketcap. I think it is no longer about the popularity of the meme coin but it is related to the market caps and how strong the ecosystem of those meme coins.

Meme coins have no fundamentals like BNB, SOL, TON, or other coins. Meme coins are just relying on the hype. That's why meme coins are riskier than those fundamental coins.
