由中本聪委托给几个比特币开发者的一个私钥或将正式公开。该私钥用于激活比特币协议的所谓的「警报系统」，用来向运行软件的人发出警告，以保护资金安全。2016 年 Core 将这个系统从新代码中取消，如今 Core 贡献者 Bryan Bishop 计划将这个代码公布。他正在考虑在 7 月初发布这个私钥，不过还没有最终确定。
