I was using Metamask to buy a BSC-based token and I did not leave enough BNB to cover the gas fee for the exchange so I cannot cash it out. I am about $0.20 short. Is there a workaround?
It is normal, when you will use any DEX to exchange any token then you must have to pay Blockchain translation fees to complete trade. so if you a day trader then go to CEX and start trading there but if you just swap your holding token or swap any token which you got free for airdrop then and also if you want your privacy and safety then i think this fee is not a big deal for you.
Every transaction made will definitely be charged a fee, so it should also be considered to be able to set aside a little for the costs that may occur and cannot be avoided in that situation, even though the BSC network is very cheap, maybe because of the lack of knowledge. I think you are right that if we want good security, then, indeed, the cost should be a natural thing that could happen and we must prepare.

Fees will always be there and are needed when we make transactions and we have to choose a network that has a low gas fee because currently there are many networks that offer low fees we can choose them.
BSC has low fees and so far I have been making transactions with the binance smart chain network safely.

Of course, you can't avoid the costs that will occur in every transaction that will be made. Therefore, always prepare more funds by leaving them for the event if you have to pay a fee. Looking for the cheapest fee is a very good way to use, but you always have to prepare for these costs so that they don't stagnate and can't cause transactions. On any network, it is certain that there will be these costs, so always prepare well for the fee.
