Exercise is intentional physical activity to enhance, and maintain fitness and overall health. Exercising at home is the best option for me because I can easily get myself worked on at any time of the day I like, more especially early morning hours before I head to work.
When an individual is determined to work on themselves, they can get it done anywhere, be it gym or at home, determination is all the person needs.
