There can be some limitations of the things you can do with the exchange asking for a KYC and you are avoiding it. Usually, the top limitation is the amount of assets you can withdraw!

Actually nothing bad happens but you can might need to do KYC to carry out some transactions. It’s important to do KYC as it helps to give a good credibility to your account without being bothered during any transaction process.
