BlackRock: La SEC non ha motivo di trattare diversamente i crypto futures e gli ETF spot

BlackRock ha messo in discussione la preferenza della SEC per la legge del 1940 che vigila sugli ETF sui futures, sostenendo che non sia pertinente sia per gli ETF crypto-spot che per quelli crypto-futures.
