The  big advantages is when applying in a campaign most of the bounty programs did not accept baby steps unlike jr. member that there are lots of campaigns that accept.

there are many benefits when you reach senior rank members. among them you can do bounty campaigns and also bounty signatures with higher rewards or token percentage. besides that you can also give positive or negative karma from people's posts. being a senior member will be very fun

Comparing its advantages is being a jr. member there's a lot of ICOs project that accept in the bounty campaigns unlike baby steps that most project did not accepts its participation.

The advantage of a junior member from newbie and baby step is they can now join bounty campaigns. Most of the bounties only accept jr. Member as the lowest rank.

What I know is, if there is a signature campaign going on, jr members get higher stake(tokens) than baby steps and newbie.

Typically, in a campaign, signatures are not taken with a rank below the junior participant. This is basically the difference between the rank of the junior participant from the previous ranks.
