We do not store any logs of your transaction, not even your IP or Bitcoin addresses. We delete all orders after 24-72 hours (Depending on choosen delay time.), but you can also delete it yourself. Please always download the Letter of Guarantee for later questions.

You can imagine it like this: When you create an order with your code, our deposit address receives an encrypted hash that is assigned to your code. This hash does not store your order data. If the random hash is now deposit to pool 1, we send it from pool 2 as an example. The hash cannot be decrypted and cannot be assigned to you. In other words, your code "XXEXAMPLE" has hash: "598d4c200461b81522a3328565c25f7c". If you do not use a code, a new one will always be generated.  If you select "Exchanger Funds", the code does not matter as you will always receive fresh coins.

Okay. It is clear that the problem isn't on the kind of the browser but it should be another problem. I've guessed that Coinomize must be compatible with any browser. If he can't access it, the problem can be on the network or other else. As far as I used Coinomize, I've found out no problem, so I'm a bit confused if he got a problem.

Nevertheless, I have used our services in the last couple of months and I'm satisfied by it. And I have kept the code myself and used it every time. Next time I will used it without codes though, so that it will generated a new one for me.

I am curious also about examplns question and if I understood it correctly, there's always the encryption that you do for each customer that uses coinomize. And thanks, this probably have answered my thought even before asking a question.

Yeah, it was already explained very clear by Coinomize, I might have interpreted it wrong in the beginning. But thanks to them, I now understand what is that mixing code.

Probably just connection issues (your relay is congested, etc), try to refresh your ToR and ensure your network is running properly. I also get a timeout randomly when I access an onion address, in my case my VPN can be the cause so if you use one make sure it doesn't act up too. Clearnet is fine on my end, so why not recheck it? Coinomize mentioned they use some DDOS protection to filter malicious IP ranges iirc. If this happened recently you can try to refresh your modem if your ISP uses a dynamic IP address. CMIIW.

I can confirm that .onion is working, and if you want to visit a clear net domain, open it using the Tor browser. Your ISP may have blocked mixing services.
