I am very surprised that Pakistan's team has completely lost against spin at home. If they are afraid of spin then why did they create a spin pitch? It was natural that they would take some advantage on their home pitch but they could not do that. Their performance in the opening match of the Champions Trophy has greatly disappointed the fans. So I would say that Pakistan will not be able to win on the day when Rizwan cannot play. How the team dreams of winning the Champions Trophy depends on one player? What I can predict is that the possbility of Pakistan and Bangladesh teams being eliminated from Group A are very high.

This is not the first time for Pakistan lose their match in their own home ground against the New Zealand team. If you don't know then just check out there previous tri Nation series then you will find there Pakistan also lose against the New Zealand team in a big margin. So I don't think there is any surprising think happened.
But I would like to also agree with your opinion that Pakistan and Bangladeshi team will gonna eliminated from the group A because New Zealand and India always much time better from  those two team.

I thought Pakistan might get off to a good start by beating New Zealand in yesterday's match, but that was actually impossible and they lost by 60 runs. Pakistan can basically only win against Bangladesh in this group, and the chances of Pakistan winning the rest of the matches against India are very low. Pakistan's bowlers performed poorly compared to the way New Zealand's bowlers performed in yesterday's match, resulting in Pakistan's defeat for unexpected reasons.

Bangladesh have given target 229, all thanks to Jaker-Hridoy partnership, after being 35/5 what these two did was commendable stuff. Don't think this will enough keep India at bay though.

It's true Bangladesh start were completely terrible and fully credit goes to Indian bowling department later middle order does ordinary and out his team on track, Anyway I taught Indian will miss bumrah but now shami has filled his space with five wicket hawl in first match of the tournament and look like will continue it long. Looking to scoreboard even if Bangladesh scored 300 around then still they will match it without any trouble. Now let see how they manage things against Pakistan

Pakistan had great bowling skills during the time they played well but currently there is no exceptional impact in bowling. That is why we cannot expect anything better from the team especially the chance of winning the Champions Trophy has been greatly lost due to the loss in the first match. If Pakistan had won against New Zealand they would have had a chance but they did not. The chances of Pakistan winning against India are very low. If there is no accident then India will win. And if they get a chance to chase against India and can show good skills there then it is possible. Even though they are the host country of this tournament, I am not optimistic about their performance. No matter how unpredictable they are, if their performance is not good, there is no chance of winning.

I was a bit disappointed with Pakistan's batting in the last match because they were helpless against New Zealand's spinners. Even Fakhar Zaman couldn't do anything even after getting his second chance. The only thing that stood out in the match was Pakistan's failures. In such a situation, how will they compete against India who are much stronger than New Zealand.

Yeh thier performance in back to back matches against new Zealand was awful, but against India it will be the only opportunity with them to be in tournament, so they will took it as a do or die situation. So that's why I believe some how they will deliver more then their best, otherwise there will be huge changes in squad and some name will be permanently out of team.

Anyway today we have Afghanistan clash with African where unfortunately afghan unable to get dominance against thier opponent and lose their first match. I taught Afghanistan will give them tough fight but as expected entire batting were dependent on gurbaz and Ibrahim and as soon as they lose Afghanistan lose 80% of thier match.

Well, Fakhar Zaman was injured and he did best as he could but in normal circumstances he can do better than that. I personally would put India and NZ in same league; none better, none less.

It was not just only you that who thought that after the quick wicket fall of Travis head and Smith the Australian team could recover themselves and even I expected on the before starting of this match Australia could win this match I was thoughting about that after that time maybe Australian going to lose this match. Becuase we saw in the recent games kind of same scenario happened.

But Australian batters once again proofed that they can recover themselves form any types of situation.

In the first innings, I was not very optimistic about Australia's win. Because in the first innings, England was able to score the highest  in this tournament this season. The team's total was 351, where Duckett himself scored 165. The other batsmen were also able to do quite well. Many did not imagine that England would lose in such a match. It can be easily estimated by reviewing this match how strong Australia is. Although Travis Head and captain Steven Smith could not score much in the Australian team, Josh Inglis was unbeaten in the end and Australia get easy win.

The way Aussies chased target yesterday should be the learning lesson for Pakistan and Afghanistan who succumed while chasing big scores.

Pakistan did not get chance to chase in today's match but if they cannot give a big target then how can they expect to win. If they could have given a target like England did then it would have been difficult for India to chase that score. But unfortunately they took a long time to build a partnership after losing two wickets in the beginning. But still if Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan are still able to score big then they might be able to set a target like 270.
