I have seen many series or matches of Pakistan team but I have never seen them as helpless as in this series. When no change is coming in Pakistan cricket despite efforts, then the relevant important people in the cricket board should be changed so that the team can be reorganized for the better. The future of Pakistan cricket will now be decided by the people of that country. The team's good performance should be improved from the beginning by adding players based on merit and not through nepotism. Otherwise, their dominance in cricket will gradually decrease.

All the things you said are really important and they matter a lot for a national team and the team of that country, nothing that I would hope for has happened in the Pakistan Cricket Board.
And I will assume that it is just a bad time for Pakistan as is normal. Because not all players can play the same way all the time or the form of all teams is not always the same. And if it was the same then one team would always win the cup in the final.
If we see that England's situation is also bad now, they are also in bad form now. I will think something like this in the case of Pakistan.

It is true that the form of any team or player is not consistently good. Sometimes it will be good and sometimes bad. Its looks like Pakistan women team didn't made good performance at their batting, because in my opinion 205 run in ODI format is very low score which can chased easily by the opponent team.
 But the thing to come here is that the batting lineup of Thailand women's team is not that strong, so they may not even cross this small target against Pakistan women's team. So I think there is nothing to give up from Pakistan women's team so far.

I was sure that Pakistan would win but their score was not satisfactory in the middle of the match but they recovered the deficit they were behind in the end. Ireland are not a strong team, that is known to all.  205 is not a big target. If Ireland Women had not lost their wickets quickly, they could have won the match. The team play only 35 overs. I think they lacked experience.

That's why I  am thinking that why you just repeated the 205 because the Bangladeshi women team already took that run on their inning, truely if they took the 250 then may be Pakistani women team could also win but there will some competation between them as they were the top two team in this women world cup qualifier round. Anyway can you tell me did the Bangladeshi women qualify for the women world cup?, I saw that the Pakistani women were confirm that they qualify the women world cup.

Actually it was just a qualifier round, and we can just choose who will be winner of this women ODI World Cup. And even you think Bangladesh is not going to win this world cup, I also agree you and also will say the Pakistan women team will also not going to win this world cup.

Whereas cricketers from other countries can quickly come back even if they lose form, there is a special similarity between the players from these two countries, they do not easily get back their form if they lose it. I have observed this issue very well with the Pakistani male cricketer Babar Azam. He could not return to form for a long time. But now he has changed a bit. In women's cricket, if the players choose good teams from the beginning in terms of selection, then they will definitely do well, but if there is any corruption or nepotism there, it is not easy to do well.

Sri Lanka Womens Tri-Nation Series, 2025

India Women's team has won two consecutive matches in this Tri-Nation Series. India Women's team will play the final but their opponent is not yet decided. According to the performance of the match, South Africa Women's team will definitely be stronger than Sri Lanka Women's team. In the first match of this series Sri Lanka Women's team was able to score only 147 runs against India. South Africa Women's team scored 261 runs. South Africa Women's team is definitely stronger. But the team will definitely get some advantage at Sri Lanka's home venue.
