But this an altcoins forum so why the use of Bitcoin?  And that means the purpose of this forum is defeated one Bitcoin has been use as a payment method. Since it is to promote altcoins therefore altcoins should be use as payment option in the forum. In Bitcointalk you can't use altcoins offer in the general boards but for the altcoins section. Just want to know. Why Bitcoin is used as the main payment method on the altcoins forum?

This is "Altcoins, Bitcoin & Crypto Forum". And if you'll look at the project which started this campaign, it is a Bitcoin mixer. Strange to expect that it will pay in some other crypto. But if you are not familiar with Bitcoin mixers maybe you just don't need participating in such campaigns.

I think there is nothing bad about the mixer campaign paying in bitcoin. As a matter of fact, they are bitcoin mixers and as such it is expected that they reciprocate with their actions by doing the exact same by paying in bitcoin. This is just like a project doing a bounty campaign for which they have their own native token and instead of paying in their local token, they begin to pay in another token or coin. This means that the purpose for that campaign is defeated  and of what use will it be to the team if they  spend heavily and at the entire end do not promote or encourage the use of the coin they are advertising as their signature.  This is the essence of the campaign and as such bitcoin payment should not be a problem to you.

The mixer that is going to advertise their project on this forum is a Bitcoin mixer and that's the main reason why they're paying with Bitcoin. This forum allows Bitcoin payments and that's why it's not fair to come up with such questions. There can be many bounty programs that are meant to promote altcoins and they pay with altcoins if you want one of those then you'll get one on this forum by looking at bounty board but this specific campaign is for promotion of a Bitcoin mixer and that's why the pay will always be with Bitcoin.

Check the child board and you will have your answer.
In Bitcointalk, they have a board called a service board with strict rules limited to only Bitcoin payment and that is why Bitcoin is used as a reference for payments over there, anything other than that is referred to the bounty board.

Here is called Marketplace & Bitcoin Services , which means any services that must be launched here has to be bitcoin payment, anything other than bitcoin payment has to go to the bounty section, I hope you have your answer now.

What about your opinions in the following campaign threads for other Bitcoin mixer services:

I'm not sure about other members but I'm in favor of altcoin payments in such times because currently the Bitcoin network is highly congested and the congestion may last for sometime and meanwhile we may happily receive the payments via an altcoin like Lite Coin, XMR, or maybe via a stable coin like USDT. I prefer XMR as that's the best choice but yeah LTC is quite good too.

Under certain conditions, such as Bitcoin transaction fees, which are relatively high, I think the option to pay using one of the altcoins could be implemented.

Even though Mixero is a Bitcoin Mixing service, it utilizes the privacy features of XMR mixing.



In my opinion, even if the payment campaign uses altcoins such as XMR/Monero (for the time being), it can be done.

I don't see any special rules requiring payment with Bitcoin on this board. -cmiiw-
