How do you keep up with topics?
« on: December 10, 2023, 09:11:33 AM »
I've been a member of Bitcointalk for some time now and was able to keep up with posts and mentions thanks to a telegram bot created by a fellow forum member, but I'm not sure if there is one here.

Currently I’ve not replied to numerous threads so I’m able to keep up with them with the use of “show new replies to your posts<<” but that’s going to change if I’m active and starts responding to different threads.

Now, for members who have been on the forum for a while, how do you normally monitor threads? Or how do you know if someone responded to your thread comment? Do you usually go through all the threads to see if your post was mentioned? I'd appreciate any assistance you can provide.

The reason why members were able to track new mentions and quotes on Bitcointalk is because of the telegram bot that was integrated to do that job. Here on AltcoinTalk, there is no telegram bot that has been coded to send notifications for new topics, new mentions (someone quote you), newly earned badges, earned karma, etc.

In the meantime, I think all we've got here is the

Yeah for now, and I believe with time there'll be room for upgrades and changed.
Or maybe this forum would device its own method to enable users track their notifications.
