ETH and the BTC both are good and best coins in the market. This time the top coin is the Bitcoin and the other good ALT coin is the ETH coin becasue both coins have so much valuable and good and this time f we invest in both coins that is good for us and hold that just for 5 to 6 months and after that we saw good profit is present in our wallet and this is the best time to invest in it and hold.

We can invest in bitcoin and doubtlessly have nothing to go for after this than Ethereum, because its next after bitcoin, but that doesn't equate them being the same, the difference is there, bitcoin has many other things to show better performance and prospect than Ethereum, while Ethereum will continue to remain the number one altcoins in the crypto market till date, we can see the difference now.

Because of the high gas fees of ethereum, that's more reason investors are leaving the ethereum blockchain for another blockchain because they can continue to be transacting with high gas fees.

The high gas fees is the main problem I find in ethereum. I find it discouraging to be transacting in the ethereum blockchain, I prefer to use other blockchain network like Solana, BNB or polygon because of their low transaction fees when compare with ethereum.

Well, I'm not quite sure about this. ETH is still a good investment choice and many people can still become rich thanks to ETH. In the 2020 cycle, ETH increased from $80 to $4.9K ~ +5400%, which is really a very good growth rate for any investment fund or individual investor in the financial market. Although it has a weaker price performance than AXS or SOL, ETH is still a better choice than most ALTS in this market.

Another important reason why ETH is worth choosing is its extremely high liquidity, only follow USDT and BTC, so investors can easily liquidate ETH with extremely low slippage. I think that with the price of Ethereum being too expensive, buying with the amount you mentioned is not very valuable. At least we buy Ethereum using capital of $100 to have a small chance of making a profit when the price of Ethereum rises again. Expensive coins require a lot of money to make a profit easily. You said ETH is expensive, why you still suggest people to buy with small funds?
Simply avoid to buy ETH if you feel it is expensive. There are many other coins as your options. 

IMO, if we compared with Bitcoin, ETH is quite cheap. Bitcoin hits a new ATH, Ethereum still doesn't reach its ATH. Since the current price is below its ATH, it is quite strange if you assume it is expensive. I'm curious what price do you consider as cheap price for Ethereum? By the way, please don't compare ETH with new altcoins because they are incomparable. The new altcoins are very very risky, Ethereum is a safe and recommended coin.

I think no people will buy Bitcoin or Ethereum with $10 only. They must have $30 - $50 at least, this will be more worth to buy Bitcoin or Ethereum. Bitcoin price is quite expensive, but Ethereum price looks still quite cheap because it still doesn't reach its ATH. According to CoinGecko, its ATH was $4878. We can say it is already expensive if the price reaches $5000. Now, the price is quite far from $5000, it is not wise if we said it is very high or expensive. 

Regarding which coin is better. I don't think it is necessary to compare them. Ethereum can be better in some factors, but Bitcoin is the king if we consider all factors.
