I'm not sure about that. Man United is definitely doing great in the Europa League, but their league position is pretty horrible. Amorim was already a manager during the winter transfer window, but didn't use that chance to purchase any players, I think Dorgu was his only transfer in.
I get it that results take time, but fans expect the team to do progressively better, but United's performance has been inconsistent. It looked for a while like there is some improvement after Amorim took over, but then the performance seemed to deteriorate again.
One thing is certain and we need to give them credit for, they are scoring more goals than they did before.

Whether Manchester United win the Europa League or not they'll need to do business in the transfer window this summer though winning the Europea League would make it more easier since they'll automatically be included in the Champions League for next season and that would attract players to the club, asides that they'll get funds from winning the Europea League which would be enough to sign 1 or 2 players, also several players would be leaving especially those with huge wage bills, the likes of Rashford, Lindelof, Evans, Maybe Shaw, players like Hodjlund Antony and Garnacho might also leave too abd create chance for new signings, well Manchester United chances of  winning the trophy have been boosted by Tottenham's injured players, James Maddison, Dejan Kulusevski and Lucas Bergvail.
