Yes, and if there is anything I actually love about Ancelotti despite being a Barcelona fan is that he know literally how to transition an old team into that of a new generation of players, I thought Real Madrid would struggle a lot post Ronaldo, Benzema, Bale era, but they've really transitioned pretty from an ageing team to that of next generational and in vogue players playing almost in the prime, while Barcelona still can't get themselves together, just a few year ago Real Madrid were having numerous ageing players, but now their best players are fresh blood who have still got a decade or more in them. I think it's too much when they are called stupid people, I'm sure they understand it's just that they don't want to do something that they should do. They prefer to make money as a tool for them to achieve success, even though it ends in failure.

They just need to evaluate and realize that what they have been doing all this time is something wrong, when they are willing to accept that they are wrong in managing this team, then I'm sure they will be better.
