If we're talking about La Liga only they're very consistent tbh. Only 1 loss from the last 5 games, although they did get beaten by Liverpool in the UCL but that's a different story. Barcelona is the one being so inconsistent right now with 1 win in the last 5, only getting 5 points from a possible 15. I think that's more worrying since as of now Madrid still has one game in hand. It's better to assume they're essentially second right now so they will get more motivation to win games, if that's even a problem to begin with. CMIIW.

I think it is too early to say that Real Madrid will lose the Champions League, because they still have a chance anyway and if they improve in a short time it will make them a big contender for the title again.
