It's hard not to feel sorry for Valencia, they played really well in the first half and things were looking bright in the 79th minute when they were leading 1-0 and the referee pulled out a red card on Real Madrid's player. They were all set to grab a win despite being a massive underdog, but it's just wasn't meant to be. Real bounced back in the last minutes with 2 goals.
At least they got to score the first league goal in 2025.

Honestly before this season started, I didn't think Barcelona would dominate, because they still have problems that sometimes hinder their development. But Barcelona is still very much taken into account of course.

What even surprised me a little was how Real Madrid performed this season. Because before the season started they were a team with a composition of players that looked more solid, but they had not found their best game.

Barcelona started second half season have huge problem after can't registering Dani Olmo and Pau Victor then last several inconsistent performance, there are not talking yet about new signing for January window transfer opening after Barcelona huge problem with registering Olmo or Pau Victory. Hansi Flick must keep efficient with current composition teams and potential loss Dani Olmo if can't register him around two or three days later.

Dropped to 3rd standings place is not one problem for barcelona because they have huge problem with financial difficulty and can't registering Dani Olmo.

Well, I see Barcelona re-registering Dani Olmo, but reportedly La Liga rejected Barcelona's request for a very reasonable reason. I watched the match last night when Madrid have conceded one goal and other side Vinicius Jr got red card, I can't believing how Madrid made come back and success securing three points get back to first place with two points left from Atletico Madrid and 5 points remaining from Barcelona.
Bit disappointed how Vinicius Jr can't controlling his emotion and easily get provoked and directly red card receiving, wish he not get suspend more than two or three matches later because Madrid have many important matches to defend their first standings position awhile.

I noticed this too; I thought I was the only one who noticed that it looked like the officials of the game wanted Real Madrid to win. They had what they wanted in the end. Barcelona will have to work really hard to win the La Liga this season because Real Madrid are determined to defend their trophy.

If the officials wanted Madrid to win the game, Valencia had a good chance of putting them to shame but they didn't when Vini was sent out of thw pitch. The goalkeeper too was supposed to be sent out with Vini but the referee didn't do that. It's a lucky game for Madrid and that's how I will put it. This is because when victory is meant for you, everyone will work in your favor unknowingly to them.
