Agree. It doesn't make sense to say Atletico Madrid did badly in this season because they are in the race for the title. Atletico Madrid is in 2nd place now, they even have a bigger chance than Real Madrid now. Only people who don't follow the La Liga matches who say that Atletico Madrid performance is bad. In the next few matches in La Liga, we will see the match Atletico Madrid vs Barcelona (matchday 28). If Atletico Madrid wins, they may be the champion this season.

I don't believe that Barcelona has a better chance of winning the laliga title against ATM and Real Madrid because they are all in the same level as teams Barcelona played a 4:4 draw against ATM in the Copa del Ray two weeks ago that is to tell you that the top three teams are really in good shape and form I think the league title will now be diceded by how consistent that the top three teams will play the remaining games of the season, so if you ask me I will say that all three teams has equal chances of winning the laliga title this season

Real Madrid just got a good win in the Champions League against their city rivals. That makes them more comfortable when competing in the second leg later, although they still have to work hard.

In La Liga they will face Rayo Vallecano before playing in the second leg later. In this match they must be ready because in the last few matches they have had less than good results.

Seems onluy Robert Lewandowski and Kylian Mbappe are La Liga top scorer for this season due consistentcy performance and both of them have 5 goals difference.
Interested with Lewandowski although have old but still potential become top scorer in this season and always scoring goals for every games with Barcelona in this season.
Mbappe not start well with Madrid due difficulty adapt but recently get consistent scoring goals every domestic league match for Madrid and keep pressure Lewandowski for La Liga top scorer in this season, both of them not only race become top scorer but also have ambition for winning La Liga because Barcelona and Madrid just remaining 3 points only for awhile.

Well, I have said on many occasions that I do not agree with refereeing assistance to any team, it is expensive that in the Copa del Rey they have been a little fair, but in the league it is totally rotten with corruption for me, in fact I do not like favorites from any side, Barcelona is a team that does not need help, that makes a lot of football sanity go overboard, there are new rules, one of them is that the VAR will be present at all times of the match and that the spectators will see it, so it will be somewhat fairer, I think that is good, so corruption is no longer a problem, I hope it is so.

I expected Real Madrid could lose points to Betis, as Betis is doing fairly well this season and both of those teams tend to perform much better at home, but I thought the most they could hope for was a draw, but they bagged 3 points.
It seemed like Real Madrid might have become too confident or too relaxed after scoring an early lead and got punished for that. They now dropped to the 3rd place as they got overtaken by Atletico with 2 points gap between them.
It most likely was just a one-time flop, as yesterday Real proved their superiority over Atletico by beating them 2-1 in the Champions League.

It's really interesting to see all 3 teams in the race for the title with no clear leader and have the same 3 still competing in the Champions League.
