Question: How to setup altcointalks notification features ?

Good day everyone.
As an internet user, I enjoy hearing notification sounds when I turn on my data connection. Unfortunately, Altcointalks doesn't provide notifications as it functions as a web application. Is there any possible way to receive Altcointalks notifications whenever i turn on my data connection, perhaps through my Gmail or any other means ?.
