Wrong time for SGA to go cold, he only made 1 of his 6 attempts in the fourth quarter when they were trailing and then adding 3 turnovers to make it worse.

Nevertheless, it was a close game only that the breaks of the game favored Dallas in the last minutes and interesting to note that "hack a Lively" didn't work for the Thunder as Lively hit all the free throws awarded to him.

This series is playing out just like the regular season did. Both teams swept the other on the home teams court. If that's the case for this whole series, Denver loses in 7. Just a stat to keep in mind if you are betting.
If the Timberwolves will lose against the Nuggets tomorrow, I think I'll follow the pattern and bet on the road team in this series.
I'm just curious on what are the adjustments that the Timberwolves did to shut down the 2 superstars of the Nuggets. I think for Jokic, they can't stop him and nobody can stop him, but they can stop Murray and don't get his rhythm early on the game.

Wrong time for SGA to go cold, he only made 1 of his 6 attempts in the fourth quarter when they were trailing and then adding 3 turnovers to make it worse.

Celtics are cruising with a 16-point lead right now. Unless they choke in the fourth, they are taking the series lead. Somebody else in the Cavs needs to step up if they want to win game 3.
Wrong timing indeed, but anyway, it's a must win for the Thunder or else, they might lose to the Mavericks in 6 games. I mean at the start of the series, the Thunder has a higher chance to win based on some analysts. As for me, I'm also rooting for the Thunder, but with them lacking the experience, I will not be surprised if the Mavericks will win on this one.

As for the Celtics-Cavaliers, the Celtics manage to win on the road yet again. It seems like we've seen this kind of scenario already during the first round of the playoffs between the Celtics and the Heat. Do you think that it will be the same scenario this time? They will steal one on the road again and win on their home to clinch the East Finals? :D

Yeah, it also reminded of the series against the Heat. I don't think it will be different this time. It's only the team that changed but the result will be the same. It's like they already figured out the Cavs with the way things are going and there's nothing Mitchell (and co.) can do about it.

Personally I don't think anyone in the East will be able to stop the Celtics. NBA Finals IMO, but I think the teams in the West are too strong. Tatum just isn't consistent enough to carry the Celtics to a title.

Mothers Day massacre at Indianapolis is what people have been saying in game 4 and they're not lying. Too bad for the Knicks losing that way but we know they're underhanded.

Pacers vs. Knicks is looking like another series that whichever team has homecourt advantage, wins. It's the complete opposite of the Nuggets vs. Wolves series.

Too bad for the Knicks that they lose Anunoby to injury at this stage, he surely was missed by the Knicks. Going into game 5, the Pacers is the slight favorite to win this series as per local bookies that maybe due to the lose of Anunoby.

For the Wolves vs Nuggets series, seems to me that the Nuggets already have the template on how to beat the Wolves, feed Gordon on the paint.

OKC surprised me in game 4 as I thought it's Mavs that will continue to dominate in the second half. Kudos to this young team for not losing focus. As for their game 5, I'm still clueless what to bet on.

For tomorrow's pivotal game 5, I think the Pacers and Nuggets will take it. Knicks injury woes will continue to plague them and Nuggets momentum is back.

Yeah, was a big surprised the OKC was able to make a huge rally and beat the Mavs in their own game. I mean the Mavs are running and playing good defense. But SGA is not going to back down from all the trash talking by PJ Washington hehehe.

As for the Knicks, they are going to play at home but having a small rotation might affect them and it surely did in the last 2 games having just 8 players, it might not help them to win this series.

That is what i also thinking of the Knicks that is why i betted for the Pacers to take game 5 but seems this series is a game of home court advantage, i mean that who have the home court advantage wins the game and the Knicks is winning game 5 now as they lead by as much as 20 points as of this writing.

Nuggets vs Wolves, another interesting and hard to pick game so my bet is this game to go over 206.5 points.

Nice bet! I went for Under for this game and Over for the NY game and have both L. I already found the juicy odds on the Mavericks game and bet on W!

The Knicks might be undermanned, but the Pacers are one of the worst in terms of defensive ratings during the regular season (2nd to worst) so for me, that doesn't matter because the Pacers are just one of the worst in defense, and we've seen it in Game 5 as they lost to the home team Knicks by 30 points. The Pacers just got outrebounded bigtime on this one 53-29. Offensive rebounds also are in favor of the Knicks 20-5. I think that's one of the reason why they lost aside from the fact that Brunson erupted for 44 points as well. With how the first 5 games played, it seems like the home team wins the game, so I predict a Game 7 between these 2 teams.

As for the Nuggets, they broke the streak when they won against the Timberwolves 112-97. The lack of their floor general in Conley really affected them I guess. I watched the game a bit, and most of the time, they are double-teaming Edwards whenever he drives by hence, causing him to be out of rhythm all throughout the game and scored only 18 points and shot 5/15 on the field. As for the Nuggets, it doesn't matter if MPJ, their 3rd best scorer in the first round only scored 6 points because the other 4 starters scored more than 16 points and Jokic scored 40 points as well. With the Nuggets in control, I will not be surprised if the Nuggets will continue to win in Game 6 and finish the series already.

Next 2 games will be Boston-Cleveland and Oklahoma City-Dallas. I predict that the Celtics will finish the series already while the OKC will manage to defend their home and win in Game 5. :)

You're 1-1 on your prediction mate. Boston have beaten the Cavs but i won my bet as the Celtics failed to cover the 15.5 spread while Luka was waxing hot this game 5 with 31 points triple-double. The Mavs-Thunder series is so unpredictable that it doesn't matter whose homecourt they played. My prediction is that the more experienced Mavs will come out victorious in this series.

I was glad to see Dallas make a stand last night. I had taken the Dallas moneyline and kinda thought Luka and Kyrie would have great games since they gave away game 4.

Well, that was close.

It's interesting how the sportsbooks see game 6 as they put the Wolves as the favorite @1.77 (Nuggets @2.1). This could be a trap but I think it's a no brainer because Nuggets have the momentum.

Do you think the Nuggets will use the same defense on ANT?

As it turns out, the bookies were right picking the Wolves as the favorite for game 6.

With the exception of Gordon and Jokic, the Nuggets team were out there throwing bricks. Down by as many as 50? Nobody would expect a score line like that and, if not for their good team reputation, some would think they threw this game for a game 7.
