Maybe now is the best time to start the mixer. After CM was closed, soon many new services appeared, and some older ones also caught the air. These days there is less competition, which increases the possibility of success.
With a higher degree of security and disclosure of personal information, it is possible.

Any mixer that pops out in near future should be considered very high risk from this point on.
Scammers are going to use this situation to increase creation of their scam mixer projects, so I will be very reserved to anything that comes out unless someone manages to create new decentralized mixer.

It is expected that most crypto transactions will be probably banned in Russia in autumn. I guess many other countries which can ignore what US government says are also not so crypto friendly. So there will be other problems unfortunately. Hope US courts will side bitcoin and crypto in forthcoming cases.

Unfortunately, now is an ideal opportunity for scammers. Create a mixer, pay $10,000 to promote the service and wait for someone to deposit 1 Bitcoin.

I don't think it's that easy. No one in the right mind would throw all their bitcoins into a service they've never used before. Splitting it into smaller tranches is what most people would do.

Someone paid +10 ETH trolling uniJoin and was unable to prove anything, another deposited more than 1 Bitcoin into yomix, some accounts lost money in new mixers like whirlwindmoney.
All of this is if we ignore that the service could be seized at any time or be a honeybot for governments.

Everything is happening so quickly, yet there is no clear legislation banning mixers in the United States or restricting their access. I don’t know why what happened with Samourai Wallet frightened many privacy providers?

That is precisely what they are looking for. By creating or generating fear, many users will stop using the multiple services related to privacy, for fear of being arrested, fined... In this way they create a chain effect that spreads. Although I think it is unlikely that users should be afraid, simply thinking about it already achieves the effect they are looking for, thus saving them a lot of work.

In fact, I think the only thing this is going to create is new mixers appearing, with much more privacy available and new "anti-control" measures. It is possible that one of the solutions is Tor, but the fact that it is not 100% effective and the necessary knowledge (few, but not everyone knows how to use it correctly) make the idea unviable.

Perhaps, like what happens on Bitcointalk, other members should also update the table and leave it in the reply. The first post does not necessarily need to be updated. That way, more members would participate in editing, although there are not too many changes here.

If someone active wants to keep the topic active, I can replace this topic with a more actual and replace the link in the section rules topic. But it should be updated regularly, otherwise replacing topics again and again will have mo sense.

There is no need to open a new thread, it can be enough for someone to update the table and post it in a new post. Certainly, the largest number of users read the last discussion. Also, we have a board dedicated to signature campaigns, so it is not too demanding to see currently active campaigns.
Likewise, I would not bother with campaigns that have ended and keep them on the list, certainly, only those that are currently active are the most important.

I will make the next post with the updated table, so later anyone can edit the table update with possible new changes. I will also add a couple of free campaigns that have appeared.

At the same time we are seeing a huge decrease in the campaigns and rates in BTT. So many users and reputable members without any signature or accepting lower payrates.

Things are changing very fast. I hope we will see better times when the bulls come back
