The packaging is only transport-related, when I received the card it was protected by a plastic zip

They look the same from the outside, and it can be a great idea t give someone as a gift.

Are this card bitcoin wallet? Because I understand they have an address and also a private key, I assumed them to act like a hardware wallet or something, where it's holders can store bitcoin right?

And if they come preloaded with bitcoin, does the company still give it out for free?

And another question I have is, how durable are the cards, like, how long can one use them? Do they get spoilt or expired like an Atm card do?

The French translation of the website is not good. We can see a lot of mistakes and a lot of things which does not have any sense.

For example:


we can't use a litteral translation in this case; "bûches" in French means this  :


Many other things are not ok, at least in French. I know that time is precious and that translations are never the first priority, but I think that this could give a bad image of the service in an unfair way to non-English-speaking users.

If you want, I can help with the correction of the whole translation.

Yes absolutely,  this kind of cards does have a private key (masked) and a QR code for the public address. You can store coins on it, and when you need to use/withdraw the coins you can import the private key in a wallet (like Electrum for example).
Cards #7-#19 does not come loaded with Bitcoin, you would have to load them yourself if you want so
These cards are durable: as long as you want you will be able to add or withdraw coins, like any BTC private key. They don't expire or does not have any time-limit or anything.

Exactly the same thing happens with the Spanish translation. Grammatical errors and extra words that shouldn't be in some sentences, and also in one of the blog posts. I haven't read all the posts, but there may be similar errors in other posts. It is possible that the rest of the languages ​​are also affected, but I cannot be sure.

I think UniJoin card looks great the way it is. I also joined the raffle and I am hoping to win a card. Yes I support your argument as there was a need to have a bitcoin logo. If it had a nice looking bitcoin logo it would look nicer as well and all the users would be interested in getting it. So I would like to know your advice whether it is correct to do this in a new way and give bitcoin logo. Would it be good to give the logo?

Why do you think having the unijoin.io logo on the card is not good enough?

Go to Icarus’ website^[1] and see the look of other cards (that have btc logo) that have been designed, when you're done come back to this thread and tell which one of them has a nicer design compared to Unijoin’s. It's not a must that they should be a big-ass-looking Bitcoin logo for it to be attractive, the current design looks stunning already.
