Until today it is still down. I'm afraid this could lead huge loss of profit on Mixtum's end if this will still continue. Signature campaigns and other existing promotion or ads is somewhat useless. Can someone tell if the .onion site is down too? (I'm not a tor user so)

I think I saw that at least one mixer is in maintenance, and I don't know if it has anything to do with the fact that several mixers have currently paused their sig campaigns on the forum. We can only hope that things will return to normal with the beginning of the new week.

This may take a little longer than usual for regular service maintenance. I've just tested the Mixtum Telegram bot, and there's no response there either.

It's possible that the MixTum team is working on an important upgrade to improve the service and make MixTum more user-friendly.

I agree with you that MixTum has an extremely beautiful and user-friendly interface, and I do not ask the MixTum team to improve the website's interface. I just guess that something new and big is coming, the interface is one of the things that comes to mind. This is just my own guess, not a quest I gave ^^

It doesnt look good to continue advertising in forum and signatures if you cant use this service.

Well I have not used Mixtum to mixed coins but I will use it when mixing next time but I have used few of them and their services were good and smoothly. But what I want to say here is that there is different between having a good interface in the platform and having a good services in the platform. Mixtum platform is normally good but I can't speak for the services. And if the services are not good it would be the customers who are using the site will have a good input to it and not the outsiders. And if the side is down for sometimes then, they should inform the company through their representatives why the downturn of the site so that there would be no panic. That is one of the proactive step for a good project management.

This topic on AltcoinsTalks is considered a support channel for MixTum users, and MixTum has clearly announced this Maintenance. MixTum has been operating and serving users very well since 2018, so I think we don't need to worry too much.

Promotion through a signature campaign is a long-term strategy that requires a lot of effort and time for the brand to take its rightful place in the niche. And neither I nor MixTum believe that a maintenance break should in any way affect the campaign.

The core of our community (in particular MixTum supporters) should feel confident regardless of the circumstances.

p.s. Those works are related to the fact that Jumbler is updating its security system, so this affected MixTum.

It appears that this was only temporary as it is not working at the moment. In any case, it's good that we got an update on the situation, so now we know what it's really about. I hope that both services will make their upgrades and come back even stronger and better than before.

Now MixTum is working again with all its strength, I just checked and can access the MixTum website. It appears that all issues from Jumbler have been resolved and users can continue using MixTum to protect the anonymity of their BTC.

It still doesn't work for me (onion link), but I can confirm that the clearnet address is active again, although difficult to access if accessed with Tor (CF captcha).

Clearnet version is ok but I would not use that for any serious mixing.

Services have to go under maintenance from time to time, otherwise they won't develop and fix shortcomings. This is a normal practice and I consider this an advantage and an indicator that MixTum is a reliable and long-term player that cares about its reputation and user experience. It does look good, because there were an official notice about suspending work and then returning to it.
