Is MixTum currently under DDoS attack?

From my side it is offline 

I don't think it's ddos since mixtum uses cloudflare where the attack can be reduced and corrected for a short of time. I think this is more like technicalities on its host's side just like the other day where lasts several days. Of course, this is just assumptions, i hope I'm not wrong, else it's really a ddos.

Cloudflare is not a guarantee that the site will not be exposed to a DDoS attack and that it will be completely immune to it. Not to start a conspiracy theory from whom the attack can come (even from Cloudflare), but hackers or whoever deals with it will always look for a new loophole in the system.

hint: Ask bitmover whether CF is sufficient protection against DDoS attacks.

Mixtum website is down for me also, and their onion link was not working for a while already 
Something strange is happening with DDOS attacks today, bitcointalk forum is working really slow and I can't even use it to post anything now.
It would be nice to hear from official team what the heck is going on.

Yes, of course, no website is immune to ddos. Ddos protection does not mean the site cannot be attacked too. That's why CF run its service for that purpose, depends on the plan though. It only helps to reduced the attack just like i said and do what else you need to do while and after the attack.

My cloudflare was set with the lower security possible.

I was attacked and the website was down for some hours. I switched to the more aggressive configuration while under attack, and then everything was OK...

But I reduced security now, as it broke some bots and other configs

I recently tried to do something like that, but almost all mixers have strong bot protection, so my check did not always give the correct result. Most of the mixers were offline after such a check. And it's too much work for manual checking.
It is even more difficult with onion pages.

The Mixtum Tor site has been offline for a long time. I don't think it has anything to do with the current problem

I hope so, so even though we are completely in the dark regarding official information, I hope that nothing serious is happening and that it is only about technical problems that will be solved quickly.

This is a good idea.
Maybe someone can fetch data for all mixers from downforeveryoneorjustme or other similar websites, and put them all in one place.
I am ready to listen if there are some better ways of doing this directly without use of other websites.

Right now, I am still temporarily unable to access MixTum Clearnet site.

I really hope that everything is fine and there is no serious problem with MixTum. MixTum team should focus on solving this problem and will soon have an update for the community and users to let us know what is happening.

https://mixtum.io/ still does not work (online and Tor), https://jambler.io/ works slowly and some features do not work, but some jambler.io partners work well, so I think the problem is related to mixtum only.

There must be some other way to track if those websites are online or not.

Ah yeah, it's just temporary and I can't do anything to that as my resources is limited. It will be fixed some time later by it's own, this happen when there is a huge traffic on the site and it breaks lmao. Thanks for the heads up.
