I personally think that MixTum probably decided to hold the campaign for some reason, although they obviously did not communicate this with the manager in time, which led to a situation that is not very pleasant for any manager. What is important is that the service continues to function normally, and the campaign is something completely different.

Let's hope that they will return as soon as possible, although we can still see their ads on the forum.

In the case of Mixtum, the guarantor of mixing is jambler.io, you must check the signature before sending and make sure it belongs to jambler.io, if so, you are safe.
The red flag would be if address was signed away from Jambler.

Yeah, probably this is the case, it's probably mis communication with with the manager and we all know that in this business that we move, this happens.

Who knows, maybe they will need to understand that they should be keeping their campaigns so that they will have the maximum exposure that they can get from this community.

What the CM case also showed is that they kept things (private keys) and who knows what else, even though they claimed that it was all deleted after some time. I remember that I looked at an old wallet from which I did not empty everything, and of course everything disappeared.

We all should remember that mixers are a centralized service, so some trust is always involved.

Some good practices include:
IP data might be stored, so we should use tor.
If or when we receive private keys, we should always transfer funds ASAP to a wallet that no one else has the private keys

Cloudflare captcha is taking longer than usual, I tried accessing the service using multiple browsers but the result is the same, average is between 1-3 minutes. Can anyone confirm this?

There is an additional CF check, but it took a maximum of 7-8 seconds for the site to load completely. Chrome and Firefox browsers tested.

It's just a nonsensical way of telling you that "you're not welcome here, please go away" on the side of the website owners (most of whom have no idea that this is happening since this is all handled by cloudflare).

It's just a nonsensical way of telling you that "you're not welcome here, please go away" on the side of the website owners (most of whom have no idea that this is happening since this is all handled by cloudflare).

Sometimes when I use Mixtum through certain VPNs, I have to wait for Mixtum verification or even complete Captchas multiple times. Instead of turning off the VPN, I switch to a different one, and usually, this solves the problem quickly.

I think Mixtum has a feature to detect unusual user IPs, like those from heavily used free VPNs. If users have full trust in Mixtum, they could turn off their VPNs for a smoother and more convenient experience.

Advertisement not needed probably. Most of the regulars are using them for mixing any coins they need mixed. I know I am one, I use them on a regular basis.

I don't think so. Remember that the Jambler script used by Mixtum and other mixers is literally just PHP software and most likely does not have access to such information which is usually sold commercially.

Beyond Cloudflare's intervention, IP recognition features can be customized during website development to mitigate DDoS attacks on a website infrastructure. I've also frequently encountered endless captchas when accessing certain websites through a VPN, leading me to believe Mixtum might employ similar features.

If you're willing to endure slightly longer wait times, Tor might be the most suitable option to circumvent VPN-related issues. Consider using Tor and onion links for the most anonymous access to Mixtum ^^
