Yes, that's also true the regulars will continue using the platform even without any advertisement but I still believe that it's always better to have some type of advertisement campaign to get attention of new users. In order to get attention of new users it's better to run advertisements from time to time, however the regulars will surely use it even if they don't advertise their platform anymore.

I would disagree with this.
The biggest companies and the biggest brands are constantly advertising. Maybe the advertisement will not bring a click and a new client every time it is displayed, but it is very important for strengthening the brand.
For example, when we talk about mixers, at the time when Chipmixer was advertised, they were so dominant that we had the feeling that not a single mixer existed anymore.

It is very likely that users who know the service will continue using the mixer, but without advertising, as you say, how will they manage to attract new users and make their product known to all those who do not know it?. They may use a larger or smaller budget, depending on the benefits, but advertising will always be necessary to become known as a brand. If regular users stopped using the service for some reason, the brand would soon disappear since there would be no new users.

I already wrote that I don't think that the reason is money, considering that the pay rates on this forum are 4-5 times lower than they were on BTT, and that most mixers charge for their service quite solidly if we take into account that their fees are 4-5% + in my opinion too high a fee for miners.

So, in my opinion, there are two possible reasons - the first is that they estimate that the forum is not bringing them the desired results - and the second is that maybe they started a new mixer that they want to give better visibility. There are quite a few that pay between $70 - $100 - just look at this link. The campaign that MixTum had on BTT paid $210 per week for Legendary members, and I was referring to that difference in pay rates.

The money that goes into advertising is returned if people use mixers, so I wouldn't say it's a waste of money - but from a business perspective it's better if you have more than one mixer that officially have no connection - because that way you increase the chance that you'll have more clients.

As for profitability - if we consider that the average fees are 3-5% and if there are clients who mix 1+ BTC, it is not difficult to calculate what kind of profit we are talking about.

Yes, that's true, it's always helpful to spend some money on marketing because if marketing is stopped then no new users will learn about a platform and that means the competitors will be at advantage and they'll get more customers because of marketing.

It is possible to promote something even without money, at least to some extent.
For example, the official representative of the mixer could be active here. It's always good to hear someone from the backend, at least occasionally.

I didn't hear anything from Mixtum in a long time, and I not surprised to see they added AltcoinsTalks forum links.
After ban on bitcointalk forum they don't have any real alternative in clearnet, except if they use some darknet forums for promotion.
Coming back to forum and being more active here can only be a good thing for them.

Although I think this forum could be improved a lot, specially technically. I believe the SEO is very poor, certainly could be improved in the technical side.... There is one gaming forum, named elitepvpers. There it was allowed to use signature space for advertising something, crypto projects included. I am not sure if it is still popular, but you can check it out.
