They were not.

Mixers moved from btt to here when they were banned in btt.

And even de the community moved from btt to altcoinstalks (which are the teleported members )

That was so unfortunate, they were banned like for real that so bad what would have been the issue that leads to banning but I guess every disappointment is an appointment they are really making wave in this forum and they are promoting very genuinely.

Read up a few posts, i just explained the reason.

This fortunate just for altcoinstalks forum owner, because the publicity and marketing was way more effective in btt

I don't know in what ground theymos used in banning mixers in the bitcointalk forum but I believed it was because of the Lazarus Group of using mixers to launder bitcoins and the government involvement of tracking the locations the mixers moves and bitcoins are transact and sent made him to stopped mixers in that forum and if the government make a pronouncement that selected mixers can be operate in the ecosystem.

And once that proclamation is made, he (theymos might uplift the ban of mixers in bitcointalk but those mixers that will come to that forum will face strong screening.

The community has been in existence for a long time. In 2021, when I joined Bitcointalk, I asked if there is an alternative forum to BTT and someone mentioned Altcoinstalks for me. I registered then but there was no much activity, so I stopped visiting until the ban of mixers in BTT and the admin's wise decision of teleporting. So, the community has been in existence, but the ban of mixers gave it the recent boom

Most people in all administrations and crooks and puppets, no difference Trump or Biden, they all serve the same master.

It is not enough just to change the hosting, but he ^theymos would have to leave the US, renounce their citizenship and move to a freer jurisdiction. That's too much sacrifice just to add one feature to the forum.

Now question is what is going to happen in case something happens to theymos, this is where things can get interesting in both directions.
I see nothing wrong with mixing services, but there are people who only want transparency... I think they should be naked 24/7 if they want 100% transparency.

I agree with you bitmover the marketing and publicity were highly intense on Bitcointalk way back when they were allowed there, but also aside from chipmixer which ran a marketing campaign for several years on Bitcointalk, the rest of the other just bearly came on board and the crisis of multiple mixer seizing began and that led to the banned, so we can't categorically say that generally mixers made up for a so an so percentage of traffic generated by bitcointalk at that time.

This is why the ban of mixer promotion in bitcoin talk was slightly or none felt at all, for altcointalks, the game has begun and at least capitalizing on this incident to attract traffic was a development well wished for by the admin of the forum, and this has positively impacted this forum at least activities here have begun to pick up all by the help of mixers campaigns.

Well, I just visited the site now and I honestly don't notice anything different in the loading speed now compared to the last time I visited the site.
The slow loading may likely have something to do with the ISP or the browser your are visiting the site from, maybe your internet provider experienced some bad network or something at that particular moment which lead to the slow loading of the mixtum site.
Or maybe it could be the site itself at that moment but it's fixed already..

Anyways, the site loads pretty fast for me, but let's see what another user who will come around to test as well will have to say..

I checked with Tor and the CF check thing slows the whole thing down a bit, but it doesn't seem to take too long to me personally. What I noticed some time ago is that there are no images loaded on the onion link, so the whole page looks strange.

I was not asked to click on anything and website opened automatically in all cases.
Maybe there was some glitch with cloudflare when you visited website.

On the other hand, I am having some issues with onion link now, there is no graphical element shown at all.

Yes, it' at least a minute on CF page verification loading and whatnot before the site can be accessed. Might be stricter settings has been activated.

Yeah, as dkbit98 said, both the clearnet and onion version is accessible at some level. But there are certainly some issues here.
The loading time for clearnet version looks normal but the TOR version isn't loading properly, looks broken, with plain text only.
Yes my internet connection is ok and I gave it several tries, refreshed it many time. Just look at this..




icopress, I noticed in the ANN page where Tor mirror is written, the link starts with https which shouldn't for onion links! Brining this to your attention for a quick fix!

I personally think that it was posted here by mistake and sometimes such mistakes do happen. Mostly users who are in hurry to join a campaign often make such mistakes and I hope the OP has got your message and that's why he/she has deleted the post.

How possible is it that a person will be in such a hurry to join a campaign when it's not like submitting the application means automatic enrollment, that is, after they submit application, they will have no choice but to wait for the manager to approve their application before they join, how or what then is the essence of being so much in a hurry to warrant making this type of mistake of posting a campaign application in the official Ann thread of the company..

So far accessing mixtum site is much faster now compare earlier that it takes at least a minute.

It's a clumsy move to begin with, if you will think about it, copying those application post (e.g. username, address, etc.) comes from the signature thread then just go here (ANN thread) to post it?
