Maybe this is also the same thing or simply falls under the same category, another important reason why we need to avoid searching and visiting sites such as mixers through search engines is because like you said, fraudsters can easily create fake version of any mixer and even succeed in making the fake site more SEO friendly than the original site, visitors and potential customers may end up on the fake site with the believe that it's the original since most times, things like this are not easy to notice, and this could lead to the customer losing money to scammer..

There is very little a mixer can do to be indexed by Google. First of all, to be indexed you require hundreds of visitors per month. There simply aren't enough customers for that. Second, it requires SEO. For a service that is going to have many phishing clones of it in the Sponsored section, this seems pointless. Third, nobody is going to link to a mixer (besides I guess a few niche crypto news websites, but what is their site ranking?)

I don't think it needs hundreds of visitors to be indexed in Google I have some blogs site even without or small visitors monthly; all my blog posts still indexes on the Google.
A blog post with thin content or low quality sometimes Google does not want to index them.
So still it depends on the quality, and if Mixer only has one page, like Mixtum, I think Google won't index them unless they decide to create blog posts with high-quality content.

So I modified the keyword and added mixer, and unfortunately, I found at least two phishing websites and the AltcoinTalks announcement thread. I tried to check if Mixtum has multiple clearnet domains, but I did not find any information on the OP. These two websites are almost identical, but there are some changes.

@God Of Thunder, as you say, there are obvious differences (albeit small) that pretty clearly indicate that these are phishing sites - for example, the original has two more languages ​​in the menu (DE & RU), and also offers a Tor link. Besides the e-mail, the phishing link (to.) does not offer any other contact or link to the social network.

The second link (org.) is an almost identical copy with links that are identical to the original, but with one important difference - it does not have CF protection like the original.

True, even newly published articles can get indexed within 48 hours, even for low-traffic or lower-ranked websites, just like mine. As long as your site follows Google's guidelines and uses proper SEO standards, indexing can still happen fairly quickly.

eXch launched a successful anti-phising campaign which was able to take down already 4 phising domains.

Maybe this could be a good idea for mixtum as well. As phising domains drains customers from the original, in this case, mixtum. Mixtum is literally losing money and customers while those copies are around

Considering everything (especially experience with exch), how often such phenomena happen, perhaps a company or possibly an organization should be organized that will deal with phishing domains. A company with enough authority for the registrars to react immediately after the analysis.

Yeah, I heard Exch paid the participants yesterday, and one of my countrymen got $800 for a simple task. I didn't pay attention to the service thread and I did not participate in that campaign. However, it seems a good idea to eliminate those scammers. I assume Mixtum can run similar campaign if they want. Especially when their main domain is not on the search result but phishing are on the top when people search with keyword "Mixtum Mixer". The org domain is new, but I guess that .to domain probably scammed hundreds of users.

I found at least four more mixtum phishing domains listed by coinomize here. Most of those domains are inactive right now, but one of them is still operating.

It seems the [.]to domain is most concerning; it appears in every search engine, and this domain is the first result.

Well, the mixers don't really care much about getting indexed on Google as their main intention is to get more exposure from the crypto community and they know that most of their users are at forums like Bitcointalk and now most of those users are at this forum as well.

But, surely if they're allowed to advertise their services on Bitcointalk again then this time they'll complete with each other and they'll increase the pay rates to much higher value than they used to pay.
