Well, one of the reasons why we advocate for diversification is because we want to establish a point of stability in our investment journey after all, the risk of having a mono investment approach is high since a lot of time,  things will not go as usual and at some point, we need to place a boundary between what we hold as an investment.

But then it is better to diversify into investments that we already have hands-on knowledge of and also that we have access it risk tendency, but another aspect to also consider in investment is to check whether or not you are to stay with your preset asset like when you holding bitcoin,  there ain't be need to risk other altcoins.

Its important that we make the research as you've said about bitcoin before making an investment, this will tell on the kind of investment we are interested about, the duration and how we could be profitable in the way we are going for the same investment we are making, when we adequately make a plan, then we will also have the ability of following the market trends by speculating each time, this helps to get used to what is happening and how we are not going to miss out from the ongoing market season.

We reached another ATH a few hours ago, and I know that a lot of people are still buying at this price because we are expecting a long bull run this year. Just imagine BTC falls back from here, and we are still expecting it to touch another all-time high because the halving is ahead, and the scarcity will increase after the halving. But, We had almost no hope in 2021, yet a lot of us held because we did not understand the market movement. Especially, I thought it's a small time correction and BTC will bounch back within a week.

Some people will buy and some will sell but they do this by thinking about their profit so don't follow them Because the percentage of their profit or loss is different from yours.
