Yes it could be that Mtgox creditors are selling their bitcoins, we don't know for sure, what is clear is that when they suffered losses when the price was $600 which I know from the news, try to imagine selling at $70K a few days ago then it was a profit that multiplied.
If the government moves its assets then this will be a reaction to the market so red, well investors or traders are panicking for fear that all bitcoins will be sold directly so that it has an impact on the market.
Yes, regarding the sale of bitcoin, which might, as you said, from cash Mt Gox, cause the price of bitcoin to plummet, we don't need to panic because the bullish season hasn't happened yet, it's still a long time away. It will likely happen early next year. It's best if we see the market experiencing a correction and prices are decreasing, we buy bitcoin to add to the bitcoin collection in our wallet.
I am not trying to sound pessimistic but what if there is really not going to be a bull season again? I mean, this is something we have discussed on this forum in the past not far from now, the price of bitcoin if compared to the price it was late last year, you did discover that it has done really well this year, bitcoin has grown from the price if $15k last year to over $70k in this year, what if this is the bull run we all are waiting for? Which simply means that we are now back to hear season?
Like I said before, I am not trying to sound or appear negative, but I guess it's time we just have to start living for the moment until a bull run comes actually.
