Gambling is a big problem in some places, and while some people think it's bad, others might have a different opinion based on their culture or beliefs. For some, it can become a serious problem, especially if they get addicted. But not everyone thinks it's bad; in some places, it's not a big deal. The important thing is to be careful gambling can be a problem if it goes too far, but it's not always bad for everyone.

If we keep a side the religious beliefs and the culturally. And then if we saw in a general view then I don't find anything here a big problem until a person or a guy get addicted to it and make waste of him whole savings and as well as his incomes money. And these things also did those person who were hugely addicted to on it. And if we saw some time that these things are also creating in our own self then as soon as possible we should quit this gambling. And the things we should do to not be addicted to gambling it controlling out greed level.

Gambling is a social crime and illegal in most countries. Gambling has a huge impact on the society of every country. Gambling creates enmity and hatred towards each other in the society. Through this, enmity may arise between the people you know. It is seen that there are many people who earn hard money all month long and only because of their gambling addiction spend money on gambling and lose their hard earned money. If a person loses through gambling, he gambles again so that he can get the money back next time.  But this took a toll on his brain and he began to suffer from restlessness. Thus he cannot live a healthy normal life. So we all should refrain from gambling and spread awareness in the society about the horrors of this gambling. This is one of the main reasons for the downfall of man. Moreover, gambling is completely prohibited according to all religious laws.

There are thousands of different cultures in the world and every society and culture has a different point of view on every subject. And in this case we would be wrong to expect that every society in the world has culture or norms or point of view like ours.
So if they took gambling as an illegal things then we should not worry too much until if they are putting barrier on your freedomness. And here also I want to say that even you thing gamling is an a curse thing it can be curse for you if you do it by addiction.

Well said. Most of the people's express from their experience about the gambling. But that shouldn't happen. We should not give opinions from our experience but give the opinion of what actually happens. Because of the opinions given from these experiences, many people are either addicted to gambling or consider gambling as a bad thing.
In my personal opinion it shouldn't be anything else purpose than the entertainment and as we given some time everyday in others cases like hangout with friend these should be like that but I don't think that putting a lots of time in gambling a good idea.

I completely agree with your opinion. If we eat pain killers for our body pain and eat it in excessive amounts and for a long time, instead of benefiting our body, those pain killers can cause serious diseases like kidney damage.
 Just like that I think gambling addiction can lead a person to very bad situation. But that does not mean that Gambling is bad and people justify it based on the use of something. But if someone regularly gambles beyond his own limit then I don't see anything wrong there.

Gambling is a curse to society; should we now begin to cast and bind it without even knowing that the cause of gambling addiction is in our hands? We are the ones to put a stop to it in my life, not others.

The most common habits of human beings are finding whom or what to blame for their misfortune, without accepting their mistakes and learning from them so that they won't live unhappy lives but instead happy lives. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs and personal opinions, and whatever they choose to believe is solely their cross to carry. It’s not the first time I’m seeing or hearing some people talk crazy stuffs about gambling and I don’t think it’ll be the last. Gambling on its own is harmless, it is the approach that people use that makes them to harm themselves through gambling, so saying gambling is a curse to the society at large is absolutely baseless because not everyone are complaining about gambling, yes everyone experiences losses but not as bad as some people who uses the wrong approach.

I will say the same thing again which I said before. If gambling takes the form of curse in someone's life then it will be entirely due to his mistake. As an example, I can say that the same weapon police uses for public safety and saves people. On the other hand, it has been seen that a terro*rist is taking people's lives with the same weapon. Here we will blame the terr*orist or the weapon used by both the police and the terr*orist will be blamed for that weapon?
So instead of calling gambling a curse, we have to curse those people who become more addicted to gambling only because of their greed.

Another proof that gambling works differently on the individual depending on their approaches is the fact that the same gambling that elevates some financial through winning of jackpots and lotteries is the same gambling that can make a wealthy man suddenly go broke. Different people has different testaments, different stories and evidence of how gambling has impacted their lives. It is not wrong to say it's a curse to many, due to their flawed approach, but generalizing it is mistake. Because while gambling has been harmful to one, it has also helped the other to alleviate stress.

Any gambler who is addicted have really lost control over his behaviour. Even when an addict is unhappy with his behavior, he continues to engage in it. I agree with you. Most of the gamblers who became addicted believed that gambling was an easy way to get rich, which is why they kept chasing winnings, hoping to become wealthy overnight. Such intentions and hopes do not come easily, so they keep pushing, unaware that they are developing addiction.
