Well, in some scenario you could call someone like that as poor, but I guess that person might be opportunistic as he/she could literally mix his/her coins without paying any fees. Such people might do multiple mixes of 0.001 BTC in order to avoid paying any fees.

It is very likely that this could be a signature campaign participant, as he may be doing the mixing in order to get to know the advertised service and better understand its specification. And in this case, it is good that there is an opportunity to make a trial attempt without paying a full commission.

Well, this depends on ThorMixer policy and I think the #DevelopmentTeam  can integrate some more features if they see it as necessary to increase profits in the long run. Currently, we haven't seen this feature, which means it's not a priority or not really necessary for ThorMixer. Anyway, the main task of the devs is to ensure the anonymity and cleanliness of BTC!

In the future, if we have more requests from forum members and potential users for some features like Free trial, I believe ThorMixer can test and deploy it to serve the needs of new users so that they can understand how to use ThorMixer before becoming loyal users.

Sorry but I might have to disagree with you here, no rich person will have to waste their time and money doing multiple mixes just to avoid paying a small mixing fee, because in the end, the user is only cheating him or herself since he or she will have to spend more money on blockchain transaction fees than he or she would have spent on the mixing service to have his or her bitcoins all mixed at once.

And let me mention that I might not to too sure of the origin of this discussion since it's been like a week or more since I came online last, and just resuming today.
I've tried reading all previous discussions but i somehow missed the origin of this one, but based on how and what I understand, it is unlikely that a truly rich person will carry out such a tiny bitcoin mixing transactions as a way to avoid paying a mixing fee, very unlikely.

Did any of you guys used @thormixer_bot telegram bot and what is your experience with it?
I prefer using Tor browser whenever possible, but it is interesting to have more options.
Maybe good option for using telegram bot is when website is not working for some reason.

As an alternative, the Telegram bot is probably a good solution. Maybe it even offers a bit more privacy than clearnet.
However, I would not leave the matter to a bot relying on a third party when it comes to any transactions or financial matters. Not when it comes to the mixer, but in general.

Today I read that Telegram still decided to give in to the authorities' requests to share with them the personal data of their users who are found to have done something illegal. Given that mixing is something undesirable or even illegal in the eyes of the authorities, I would not trust Telegram bots when it comes to privacy protection.

Well, you're right to some extent and I agree with you but there are those rich people who really want to save every penny they can and such people often try their best to avoid taxes or fees whenever it's possible.

The blockchain transaction fees aren't that high and those are mandatory for anyone who wants to have a completed transaction, however if someone can get the option to not pay fee for that amount of Bitcoin mixing then such person will most probably consider that.

I am honestly not doubting what some people are capable of, but disregarding the fact that sat per vbyte is currently low at the moment, which translate to low fees to send and receive bitcoin, I still can not wrap my head around a supposed rich person who possibly have like 2 or 3 bitcoins to mix, but decided to go several rounds of mixing and mixing just 0.001 bitcoin on each round, reason for this being just to avoid paying the needed mixing fees, this is totally absurd and hard to believe, but all the same and again, I am not saying it's not possible.

But if I own a mixer with such a feature, I will limit the free mixing to 2 or 3 times per address as a way to discourage people from misusing or abusing such feature.

Yes, the arrest of Pavel Durov, CEO of Telegram, was probably crucial for such a change. With this, Telegram significantly loses its important role in the crypto world.
It has become completely pointless to use Telegram to mix coins.

Now, if Telegram really cares about its users, it should allow users to create accounts using emails. It's not just an instant messaging app anymore, as it used to be.

Just a day later after my first statement, they changed their conditions, which directly affected the level of anonymity on this network. This is a significant change that will certainly have an impact on many services from the crypto sphere. Not only mixers are affected by this, but many trading options, gambling etc...

Make sense. Now, the mixers won't dare have an official account, channel, or group on Telegram because Telegram has their phone numbers, and the government will force Telegram to share them. As we all know, The government is always on a mission to hunt Mixer services, and now the mixer account representative will be in danger. I am not sure if they are aware of the recent change of Telegram TOS or not. At least the mixers should delete their telegram account ASAP. Most governments aren't crypto-friendly. I am not sure if Telegram is going to cooperate with all the country's authorities or if it's just for some specific region.

This what happens when a centralized entity is controlling an organization or a network. I saw a few new Bitcoin mixers introducing thier own Telegram apps for mixing. Now, with the new development and changes to Telegram policy I am assuming that these apps will be removed by the mixers due to privacy concern.
