Those top altcoins that you are talking about are centralized and might not last long in the market because they are own and controlled by some folks. However the reason I'm saying this is because altcoin is very difficult to identify the best one that has the potential to rise because at the moment most people will be thinking that a certain altcoin has a good potential to increase in the future but before they realizes themselves they had already falling a victim of the coin, however to completely avoid those things is to invest on Bitcoin because that's the surest coin to invest.
