Many countries are still in bad shape as a result of illegitimate regimes because their only goal is total instability. Terrorism in those countries as well as military and both direct terrorist and hybrid threats exist. Due to the prevailing instability, the country legal system is very weak. In many such countries the government is ruling in a monotonous manner, so development is slowed down by this. The poverty rate, unemployment rate, increase in commodity prices, robbery, are constantly increasing in those countries. So it's out of our mind so we can't change it even if we want to.

The problem with the modern world is that the CIVILIZED world is very much formalized by laws, rules, obligations, procedures. Terrorist countries or their like have no restrictions. The civilized world has to change its attitude towards solving such problems.  For example - violation of laws, terrorism, violence, killing of civilians, then we make a decision by simple voting, for example in the UN, just Yes/No, with deprivation of the right to vote of representatives of the aggressor country. If we vote “Yes” - the regime and its supporters are DESTROYED, all worlds and everywhere, and at once.
You cannot behave with a maniac-criminal according to gentleman's rules, it leads to a guaranteed loss ! On the scale of the world - to huge victims.

The formation of a corrupt government destroyed the country's economy and internal unrest spread greatly. All the responsible workers of the country government now also loot the wealth of the common people. This means that there is no security for the wealth of the people of the country. Only the officials of the ruling government violate the law and introduce many terrorist activities inside the country. Therefore, these countries will always go towards underdevelopment because the more developed the labor market of the country, the stronger the economic structure of the country.

I'll just add - controlling and manipulating a poor, not very educated population is VERY EASY !
And add a little religious fanaticism, and the theory that the whole world is against you/your country - and the “biomass” will do ANY of your orders without thinking....   And will be SILENT, forgetting about rights and freedoms ...  That's why all totalitarian and anti-human regimes drive their population into the Middle Ages, backwardness, degradation....

The world economy is not working well and because of that there's problem all over the world, some countries are protesting about bad governance and I think the only problem we are having is bad governance the reason why people are facing economic hardship is because of bad governance, if only there will be a good governance I don't think people will suffer.
The economy of some countries are very bad and there's no employment, no good basic amenities and there's high cost of living, the only solution for that is if there's good governance, if the government will listen to the people and work towards there complains then there will be a better society and there will be no change in the environment and economy.

The citizens also have a part to play if they want to make there nation better and wants there economy to grow, sometimes the government will do there best but the citizens will be the once to scatter everything, the citizens has to obey rules and regulations of the any system they fine there self in that country, I think we also need to support the government and work with them.
If we do this it will help grow our economy too.

I can't quite agree with you. In this age of 21st century you cannot keep people in the dark from basic rights even if you want to. However uneducated or poor they may be, they may have better expectations beyond the bare minimum and above all aspire to financial well-being. I will not deny that the attitude of the rulers of some countries is similar to your idea, but the efforts of those dictators have been proved wrong. After some time, the people of that country overthrew those dictators and elected people of their choice and claimed their rights.

To me one of the factors that will impact negatively on the world is extreme weather conditions as these weather has caused higher temperature which in turn has brought global warming to our environment, all the flood the world is experiencing is as a result of extreme weather conditions. The U.N should do more on the issue of the world changing weather as many countries are not following the U.N resolution on climate change
