I'm currently fixing again the bug (unicode characters), i observed most non-english characters are the ones affected, but if both english and non-english is present, usually it works but sometimes don't.
I'll give an update after two days regarding this error.

After your last reply in which you quoted me, I thought it was fixed. But I got a notification after three hours, and it seems it wasn't fixed. It seems you are having a hard time finding the issues, which is why you cannot fix the problem. I have been noticing this for a couple of weeks now but have not bothered to report it. Because I see that sometimes it works, I thought you were already working on it. I do not have coding knowledge, and I don't know how to fix it. But I guess you could ask TryNinja if you are facing an issue fixing it.

Were you able to determine the cause of this? The last broken notification I got was on December 7. After that, I haven't noticed anything unusual. Btw, apart from our language (Bangla), did any of the other members from different region reported this same issue to you? I'm only asking this because you said non-English characters!

One thing I don't quite understand is that, how come sometimes it's working and sometimes it isn't ?! I mean if something is broken, shouldn't it be broken for all!

Yes, I just released an update minutes ago; this bug should be fixed now. The bug is something in the process of sending data from my server to Telegram. That's why its working sometimes because present of english letters on the string text and not if it's full Bangla characters.

Btw, apart from our language (Bangla), did any of the other members from different region reported this same issue to you? I'm only asking this because you said non-English characters!

Nothing so far, and i did tried, it's working on other non-english characters aside from Bangla.

We used different programming language on bot creation and process so i don't think it's possible, a suggestion of idea might be helpful but it's all over in the internet since we use different language so functions/prorcess/library/solutions used are different.

I was so confused and frustrated about receiving that such of messages tag by admin, I was like I haven’t disobeyed any rules or orders from the forum why would I get a negative karma and tagged by admin as a cheater I was so furious lol. I rushed and login my account and network wasn’t that strong I was so hasty and angry then I log in and I rushed to my profile I didn’t see any  strike on my profile and no negative karma and I later saw this thread and I got relieved it was just a error. After seeing the telegram both notifications I was about to file a complaint and I was in anger then I found out it was error. But what causes the error?

I thought you were going to save that joke for April Fool's Day - but I'm sure many were surprised ahead of time. I have the bot set only for karma notifications, but you've obviously tested something that bypasses such restrictions.

I hope this situation improves, since I also had things scraping for personal statistical purposes

Well it's quite possible that this forum is more immune to DDos attacks and that could be the reason why we've not experienced them frequently here. Anyways it seems the bot is still having some issues with selected notifications aside from the two last messages that were something generally, it seems the bot takes longer than expected to process new topics.

Could it possibly be as a result of some cloud fare issue? Because I noticed that on my end I get relatively more human verification pages loading up when I try accessing the forum unlike before when it was mostly only on the login page.
