Is the bot sensitive to the upper-case difference?
I guess you shouldn't because it is not possible to register a px-z username if there is already a PX-Z

No, its not. I'm using preg_match() which do case-insensitive search on strings for the pattern given (username).

I guess i found the possible reason for this which i have added earlier, it might cause others for not receiving notification (I suppose, but its purpose are completely different)

There's something I want to ask, what if a user types in another UID that is of another user's account, will the person be receiving notifications associated to that account?

And also, I tried using my profile link to complete the process but it kept repeating same reply.

When you enter wrong UID, if its existing, you will receive the +- karma notification of that user's UID, if its not existing, you wont receive anything at all.

Your profile UID should be this one https://www.altcoinstalks.com/index.php?action=profile;u=89520
It should have the u=89520

Yea, that is how cool it is. Just because you mentioned me, I have been notified and have joined the conversation. Just imagine that I wasn't using the telegram notifier, how on earth will I stumbled on this conversation that mentioned me.
In the other thread, you were mentioned severally without response, I then understood that you don't use the notifier.
Why would anyone put another user's UID?

Oh.. the URL didn't have the UID number at the last, it just ended with profile; that was the reason for the repeated reply. But I wonder why the URL wasn't complete from the link I copied.

I assume you only copied the URL of the "PROFILE" tab. While its basically correct since it will redirect to your profile page but its only effective when you're login session is up.

So the most recommended way is to copy the Profile info > Summary URL as it your UID is included there OR copy the URL of your username on thread where you've posted it works the same way.

This is a very very good job by @PX-Z, most times I just check threads where I've made comments to know if anyone mentioned me, so I can also post a comment to reply. I don't have any special magic to know if I was mentioned that was why it took a long time for me to post a comment of response on that particular announcement thread.

And now, I just have an alarm to ring whenever I'm being mentioned/quote in a comment, big thanks to PX-Z.

Congratulations to you. You will definitely have a different and better user experience in this forum from henceforth. I have checked your profile and discovered that you were not teleported from Bitcointalk. Anyone who came from Bitcointalk background are already familiar with telegram notifier bots.
