I think Dogecoin and Bitcoin has equal chance, though Elon Musk has shown his preference for dodge coins. Dogecoin has experienced more inflow of investors since Elon Musk made it his choice.
At this point, I think Elon musk will first integrate Dogecoin and may be followed by Bitcoin, others that may be integrated are Ether, Sol. However, X is a big platform and can accommodate many competitive coin/token's except that Elon Musk planned just one or two coins.

Currently, we need to wait for more official information from X-payment, Elon Musk himself hasn't shared any additional information about this financial project. This further indicates that it will be a very large and important project in the X ecosystem that Elon Musk is building. I believe that if DOGE is integrated, DOGE will have a new ATH.

Both BTC and DOGE are very promising and they will probably be the first coins chosen by X-payment if it supports crypto payments. I'm even seriously considering the possibility of transferring a portion of my BTC to DOGE to get a larger profit in the bullrun.
