Result from last night's game:

TNT - 104
Ginebra - 88

TNT Katropa drew first blood with their defensive pressure on the Ginebra Kings. The Kings failed to capitalize on their three-point shots, shooting a dismal 9.5 percent from beyond the arc, which contributed to their loss.

Result from last night's games:

TNT - 96
Ginebra - 84

TNT took a commanding lead in the series by defeating Barangay Ginebra last night, making the series 2-0 in TNT’s favor. It seems to me that this will be a sweep unless Ginebra makes some adjustments.

31Wins - 23Losses, standing.

Result from last night's game:

Ginebra -106
TNT - 92

Ginebra evened the series thanks to Justin Brownlee’s heroics and Coach Tim Cone’s brilliant coaching. The Kings shot a decent percentage from beyond the arc, which helped them keep the Katropa at bay.

Game for Tonight:

Finals game 5 between Ginebra and TNT Katropa.

My bet: Ginebra ML @1.88 - The Kings have already found the formula on how to beat the Katropa. If the Kings would beat the Katropa tonight, this will be the third straight games that Ginebra beat TNT, hard but possible.

Result from last night's games:

TNT - 99
Ginebra - 72

TNT Katropa avoided a 3 games consecutive losses by defeating the Ginebra Kings. By the looks of it, seems like the Gin Kings were already tired and fatigue finally catch up on them.

31Wins - 24Losses, standing.

Game 6 will be played tonight and with a massive crowd supporting the Gin Kings, i hope they play as there is no tomorrow and extend this series to game 7. TNT on the other hand will try to finish off the Kings tonight because they knew that if this will go to a game 7, the momentum will not be on their side.

My bet: Ginebra -2.5 @1.92.

Result from last Friday night's games:

TNT - 95
Ginebra - 85

TNT Katropa is the back-to-back Governor's Cup champion. Ginebra can't hold on to their lead in the second half as RHJ sizzles his way to victory. Jason Castro was named the Final's MVP as he lead the locals to this sweet championship.

31Wins - 25Losses, standing.

Gilas Update:

Gilas beat the Tall Blacks with a score of 93-89 last night with Justin Brownlee leading the charge but got heavy support from the local boys especially Kai Sotto who scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, best showing thus far for the 7 foot 2 center. It was also a history for the Gilas team as it was the first time for them to beat New Zealand in FIBA sanctioned games.

Trade Alert:

The SMB management has traded Vic Manuel and Terrence Romeo to Terrafirma in exchange for Andreas Cahilig and Juami Tiongson. IMO, this move by the management of SMB is good for the career of both Romeo and Manuel since they don't get much quality minutes in the SMB roster at least in Terrafirma they could be in the starting five.

They've being doing this for a long time already and it already came to a point where trades like this are pretty much normal in the PBA anymore. This is the reason why I don't watch PBA games that often unlike when it was a few years ago. No offense to PBA, but the competition is just, meh.

As for this trade, you said it already that Tiongson and Cahilig will get little minutes especially Tiongson. SMB has a lot of guards as of the moment, and even Trollano that's dominant when he's on NLEX barely gets minutes in SMB. I really hate to see lopsided trades like this but, it is what it is. For sure, MVP teams will do everything to make a trade like this in the future.

It's like taking the juice off these players and when they are already dried, they give off them to the farm teams hehe. Tiongson might have a future with SMB since Chris Ross is already old and might retiring in a couple of years, Tiongson might the the replacement point general of SMB Beermen.

We have games for today but as of this time only one game is covered by the bookies.

My bet: Terrafirma ML @3.75 vs Converge - interesting odds as we know that two players has been added to the Dyip roster plus the import, might be a good game for Terrafirma.

Result from last night's games:

1st game:
Converge - 116
Terrafirma - 87

2nd game:
Hong Kong Eastern - 102
Phoenix - 87

Unfortunately my bet losses as Terrence Romeo and Vic Manuel were not playing on yesterdays day as per report they are nursing injuries. But even if the two cagers were present in yesterdays game, i think the result will still be the same.

0Wins - 1Losses, standing.
