At least I have never seen a billionaire splashing in public water park and being together with thousands of people in amusement parks. Yes, its not something that will really be determined for someone to stop gambling considering that it is really that for fun or something that do talks about entertainment on which this is really that something that will really be the normal approach that you should have when dealing up with gambling. It is an addicted gambler that will act the way you  said above, because he will not be able to control himself when he is winning or losing. If he wins big he will not be satisfied and will gamble back the money into the casino. Some addicted gamblers don't rest even when they have no money, they will look for a means to get funds to gamble with. It is good that when you hit the jackpot, you invest the money and still gamble once in a while because you will be busy with your new investment or business and would not have much time to gamble only if you are not the serious type.
