Man, this thread is the strangest thread I have ever read, it seems the whole thread is completed in the question or title of the thread. However, if Bitcoin somehow dumps back to $5k level then I'll also try to buy and hold as much of it as my financial conditions allows me.

Not only I but anyone who knows about Bitcoin who loves Bitcoin will do the same. They'll accumulate more and more Bitcoin when Bitcoin dumps back to $5k value. Not only Bitcoin enthusiasts but many new investors will invest in Bitcoin if it dumps back to $5k.

But, that won't happen, and that's why dreaming something like that is not going to be helpful at all. In fiction world that can happen but in real world that won't happen. Instead of going down to $5k Bitcoin will go up to $80k or possibly to $100k to $120k or even more during the peak of this bull run.

What the crazy question? I think impossible with bitcoin return to $5k looking current price above $41k, you need wake up and understood what potential or not for bitcoin expectation price in the future. Some thing nonsense predicting exactly with bitcoin price will return to $5k and there are not any crazy holder or bitcoin investors won't to sell their bitcoin investing under $5k.
I believe when bitcoin make other lower support price exactly under $38k many investors are waiting for to buy back and difficult for bitcoin get more lower price under $5.
Its very difficult to acceptable how bitcoin price will drop very drastically until $5k and I believe its never happen with bitcoin have been large amount of investment assets by many top investors and holder.

the people who knew Bitcoin today will all be buying once it dip that low. its an opportunity once in a lifetime.

however you can't this to happen anymore. the institutions like blackrock will not allow the price to go down that low i think even before it dip to $30k blackrock and its friends are going to buy up what is being dumped in the market and price will bounce to $40k again. these institutions wants to keep the price up preventing the poor investors to come in.

You know, we shouldn't worry about things that are unlikely to happen, or will happen with an extremely small probability.

Currently, I can't think of any case or event that could bring Great BTC back to $5K in the next 4 years. My expectation is still that BTC price will increase and make a new ATH ~$150K in 2025 🚀🚀🚀

Maybe this won't happen but if BTC drops to $5K right now, I might have to change my Elliott wave count to this and be skeptical about the potential of the crypto market 😱

I have BTC, and I will not take any action when BTC reaches $5K, because I have an OCO order to sell all BTC at $20K. When BTC drops to $5K, I will wait for a signal to reverse from decrease to increase to return to the market 🔎

If I were to answer your question, I would say if bitcoin comes to 5k dollars then of course I will buy more than one bitcoin even if I give my maximum. Not only me but there are many bitcoin users like me who will also want to buy more than 1 bitcoin to hold for a long time because we have seen the popularity of bitcoin and its peak position. However, there are still some users and investors who will wait for Bitcoin to drop even further if it reaches $5000. If the market goes up from there they will regret it again which we have seen all along. Bitcoin market will hit $5000 is unreal it will never happen again. But Bitcoin will be $50000 very soon and will cross $100,000 during the bull season.

Based on the topic of this thread, I think it is impossible for bitcoin to crash back to that price. As far as I am concerned, bitcoin has long passed that line but however, we can not tell the next trend and market swing as  it will be by I believe bitcoin can never drop below that price.
However if it does, I think it is a call to bag more because it would definitely bounce back to it's all time high so it would be nice me takes advantage of that opportunity when it avails itself.

The point is that bitcoin is not going below $20000 ever again, not to talk of returning to $5000. Bitcoin is not those altcoins like Lunc or those altcoins that can go up 20x and fall 20x.

My feelings are that Bitcoin will never go down to $5k again, despite the bear market and FUDs. It has been more than 5 years now since Bitcoin was $5k, and definitely it's not going to pull back to that price, so it's better if you start buying now and hold while you still wait for your speculated price.

Unless any terrible thing happened in the world or to the world's economy and perhaps such a pandemic lasted for more than 2 years, that's what can cause Bitcoin to go down that low; otherwise, it is very unlikely to happen.

Bitcoin went to 21 k and dropped to 3k, it went to 67k and dropped to 15k, we're at 41k right now after a drop to 1/7 and 1/4 what would be so not to be believed in a 1/8? Sometimes I really wish for a shock on the markets, a real bloodbath so that people are going to learn thee is nothing magical in the price, it's a free market and if nobody wants to buy your coins...then their value plummets!

Black Rock doesn't give a crap bout the price, they make money from fees, they couldn't care less if it goes to 100k and 10k, besides why would they prop the price with their own money? You don't throw money away for others to have an exist, you wait till the bloodbath has ended and you buy cheap, isn't that like the basic of investment?

Don't mistake the ETFs BlackRock manages with their assets, their equity holdings, direct investments or the money shareholders held through their participation.

If that happens now, this feeling will definitely be quite devastating because the hope is that this is a period of recovery where the price of Bitcoin, followed by altcoins, will improve further, and move towards halving. To be honest i don't think BTC can fall to that amount, it will be a total shock for BTC to go that low again, there is surely going to be price corrections and dumps, but it wouldn't be something that will cause this kind of dump. Though the thing to do when BTC price falls is to buy more coins, the chance is there for you to buy coins at a cheaper amount and i am sure many people will not let that chance slip.
