Obviously, I think telegram projects are beginning to change the narrative. So far, I just noticed a whole change in the airdrop perspective. The just launched notcoin airdrop is a telegram project and to be frank with you, it was quite different from other and setting the lace for others. The number of participants was over whelming and it Mader telegram more popular as there was millions of sign up every day bot oils and newbies with little or no knowledge of Crypto made cool cash from just playing game by tapping on daily basis.
If this could be a Crypto adoption strategy for newbies, it is quite alright because I noticed that people that took part in the notcoin project are mostly newbies and so far they now talking about Crypto everywhere and are willing to give to it as their first experience in yielded them positive results.

Many testnets are currently in airdrop, although not all of them are popular, they are also busy. I'm not part of the people who are looking for rewards from airdrops.  I prefer to follow boynt amapaing on the forum. especially this bounty which pays for BTC.

On the moment that there would really be some sort of bridging funds for the sake of testnet transactions then i do usually skip out this kind of airdrop on which it is really just that a waste for you to spend up something like gas for fees or network fees and ending up on getting peanuts on TGE which it do really sucks with this kind of set up with airdrop nowadays.
Also, X/Twitter has become that strict when it comes to those social media engagement which it does involve tons of bots and useless spams which do lead up on banning up
their accounts which it isnt really that worth.

I have worked on many such airdrops but got no expected returns from them. Moreover, after paying for some of the airdrops, I could not work as per their announcement, so I was not eligible to receive the airdrop. All the airdrops I've done have been a waste of time. If the time was spent doing something else without joining the airdrops, the same time would have been worth less or more but joining in airdrop is completely worthless.

I have never participated in an airdrop that came from Twitter or any other social network. In fact, the last time I participated in an airdrop was many years ago, the project is quite well known, Decred, and it was between December 2015 and January 2016. Since then I have not participated in any other airdrop, they seem like a waste of time to me, in addition to the (unnecessary) risk involved in connecting our wallets to sites we do not know. Personally the time invested in airdrops is not worth the cents that can be earned, although sometimes people do not earn even cents since there are many scams.

I was just going though my feed today on X and the I saw Param trending on my location and when I checked, it was one Twitter airdrop that was paid to people after they used it to make engagement and I was impressed, they were actually using the hashtag to spam on comments just to engage and force conversation and I think the project has made name on X.

That being said one has to remain very careful and research more on the project when participating in airdrops.

Actually, there is nothing to lose on X platform when you engage on this projects, the worse that might happen is that the project might not launch and you will have nothing after the struggle. I don't know the exact data, but I assume that there will be many people scammed, especially those who have less experience and do not inform themselves or try to verify the information. We have already seen many times on X how well-known profiles have been impersonated to scam, and days have passed without anyone doing anything. Better via X than telegram, because of Telegram, I think many links are fake, and I fear they are scams.
